I can't recommend this place enough! We are going on a cruise soon and my SIL set up for my hubby to get a spray tan. Ashley, the owner fit both my SIL and her brother in for an appointment on short notice. I tan easily, so I didn't forego the experience. It was a first for hubby and my SIL is a long time customer of Ashley's. She has also done my MIL's haircut and color which also turned out great. This location is a new location but you can see how much attention is put forth in the decor and ambience in this cute salon. It took less than a half hour for my hubs to get fully tan. He has been feeling down with life changes and getting this tan done has really lifted his spirits! Something about getting tan does wonders to your soul! I love this salon. I not only get my hair done there by Grace or Mallory. I get facials and waxing with Ashley who has incredible hands. I recommend getting the facial with the little massage and Jennifer does incredible lashes. I get more compliments. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and professional and great at answering questions and directing you to the correct person for assistance. I see Ashley for my tanning and always look forward to my weekly appointments. My tans are always even and look fantastic! The prices of services here are also really affordable; I don't know of another place that offers tanning packages for what Ashley does. Ashley is also an incredible esthetician and makeup artist. She has performed many facials for me and I have never been disappointed. The microderm is my favorite. Sorry Ashley, but this review goes out to Dani and Tia! I've known Tia since I was in the 2nd grade. When my plans to head up to Sacramento backfired, I figured I might as well still come up since my hotel room was paid for anyway. I tried to get an appointment with Tia but her schedule was booked. Luckily, Dani decided to add in a day last second so I managed to score an appointment with her. I asked Tia if Dani is as amazing as her. She said Dani does her hair! SOLD. I walked out of there with this gorgeous caramel ombre. It was love at first bleach. That was in February. Fast forward to this past December. Do you want to know how to tell if a stylist is amazing? A gal will plan for months to set up a time when she can get away. She'll drive two hours to get there, sit in a chair for 3, then drive back home for another two hours... just to have her hair done by the wonderful Tia. I honestly wasn't too sure of what I wanted. Did I want to get peek-a-boo highlights? Did I want to freshen up my ombre? Did I want to do something crazy creative? WHO KNOWS! BUT Tia and i decided on an ombre because it won't look as bad growing out (ombres look good forever!). We still had the color issue though. I couldn't decide on chocolate brown, purple, or blonde. Regardless, we needed to bleach first. As soon as I saw my hair after it was done processing, I fell in love... kinda. See, I'm not used to being blonde and although I loved the color, I wasn't sure I loved it on me. Tia blow dried my hair so I could get a better feel for it and I started to love it more and more. I was still a bit indecisive, though. She suggested a rock the blonde for a month, and if I still didn't love it, I could come back in a month to get it redone. I don't plan on getting it redone til late spring because I LOVE IT. ps. It's SOOOO cheap here!! The price for my ombre, trim, and the usual is 1/2 of what I used to pay in Fremont! read more

I used Ashely and her mother to do my hair and makeup for my bridal party for my wedding. Pros: My makeup was outstanding Affordable Both were friendly On time Cons: Ashley was very unprepared and unorganized. I put the deposit down a few months before the wedding to hold the date, at that time I sent all of the pictures she requested of myself and my brides maids. I heard nothing. I contacted her about a month before the wedding she said I would hear from her two weeks before the wedding and asked me to resend her all the pictures again, so I did. I again heard nothing. I contacted her 5 days before the wedding. At that time she had not reviewed any of the pictures I sent her on two separate occasions. She finally got it together 4 days before the wedding. when she showed up to do our hair and makeup the lady doing the hair had no clue what hairstyles we had requested. It was apparent that information was not relayed to her. She called my photographer at 11pm to obtain the address of the venue. This information had been provided to her on the application submitted requesting the quote. Would I use again?: Unfortunately yes I would. Only because my makeup was outstanding. The hair was nothing special and not really what I asked for but as I mentioned the lady doing the hair didn't know what our styles were suppose to look like. read more

Went to Bri for the first time to get an eyelash fill... To say AMAZING would be an understatement. My last experience at another salon was mediocre and Bri shot for the moon. Besides being personable and keeping conversation the whole time she made my eyes feel so relaxed and as if I just had little gel packs underneath. The detail and time she took to fill in my missing lashes shocked me! I opened my eyes without a tear in sight and no pain when she pulled the little bit of glue from my eyes off. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my first impression with this salon. Overall, the place is very nice and welcoming, however, I felt a little awkward with my stylist and the conversations taking place. My stylist made no attempt to initiate conversation or build any type of rapport with me, which I would have liked, not necessarily a deal-breaker though. However, what turned me off was the comment my stylist made towards another guest that there is "no proof wearing masks does anything to stop the spread of COVID." Not only is this statement completely false, it's unprofessional and it is a dangerous message to send to our community. As a health care professional who works directly with COVID patients in the hospital setting, I understand how masks work and I see the impact this virus has on the patients and their families everyday.
