Jolissa went out of her way to make me feel comfortable! I originally booked my tan 5 days prior to my trip but she scheduled me for a date closer so I wouldn't lose it. My tan turned out amazing and now I can walk down the Vegas strip not feeling self conscious about how white my skin was thanks Jolissa read more

This review is long overdue, but I have to say--Jolissa is truly one of the most amazing people I've ever met, both personally and professionally! If you're looking for a flawless, fast tan, Jolissa is your girl. Her techniques, prep, and attention to detail are unmatched. Thank you for always taking such great care of me and making me feel my best--you're a queen! read more

I a word... Jolissa is exceptional. Not only did I leave with an awesome tan, that looked great and lasted WAY longer than expected, but the entire experience was lovely from start to finish. Jolissa's studio is quiet, peaceful and super relaxing. You feel like you're at a day spa. Her kind, non-judgmental personality puts you at ease right away with what is otherwise a, let's face it, pretty awkward situation. She's an artist, but she's also very knowledgeable about the chemicals, the process and how to get the most out of your tan. I will 100% go back to see her! read more

Highly recommend!!! The best spray tan I've ever had. Jolissa is professional, kind, detailed, and very experienced. She is an absolute gem! My spray tan has never lasted longer than a few days but this spray tan lasted over 8 days. Will be a forever returning costumer! Thanks Jolissa! read more

I will say that as someone who is not comfortable with my body AT ALL, Jolissa made me more than comfortable. Nothing was a surprise. She thoroughly explained the entire process and would explain again right before she does it and as she's doing it. It's a vulnerable spot to be in when you are uncomfortable with your own body but she made me feel safe and comfortable. I'm not one who gets spray tans often but got this for my wedding day and she was so precise and ensured my skin would look amazing and it did! Highly recommend the Bridal Package! Totally worth it, especially if you're like me and are not used to being spray tanned. read more

I hadn't even planned on getting a spray tan before my vacation, but someone made a post about it on a local Facebook page, and a bunch of people raved about this place/person. I said "what the heck." I'm so glad I did. She is really great! So skilled, kind, knowledgeable and walks you through everything while it's happening. I felt so comfortable with the whole process. I'll definitely be back. Will definitely recommend to everyone. read more

I needed some color before an upcoming vacation in Mexico. I checked Yelp to find a local spray tan salon with a 5.0 rating. Flawless Beauty Bar filled this bill and I must say I was totally impressed. Jolissa spent time getting to know me and my color preferences, explained everything in detail ahead of time and throughout the tanning process. She made me feel completely comfortable and it was very easy to converse with. The session ended with do's and dont's to help maintain my tan and answer any questions I had. Flawless' prices are reasonable and I will be back. Highly recommend this small business. read more

Jolissa did my spray tan before I left for my 10 year anniversary trip in Cabo. She was SO thorough and explained everything every step of the way. I've had lots of spray tans before and this was by far the best. She powdered all the places that may crease after. My spray tan stayed very well considering I was in a pool for 5 days straight. I'll definitely be back! read more

Jolissa is awesome! I wanted some color before going to Miami so I didn't blind everyone with my neon white Winter body and that's exactly what Jolissa did for me. She explained every step of the tanning process as it was happening. I've had several spray tans before but this was by far the best one. She applied the barrier cream in all the right places, used a body brush to get in the nooks and crannies, and even applied drying powder to areas afterwards. I have never had a tan so even and natural looking. Highly recommend!!!! read more

I highly recommend flawless beauty bar!!!! 5 stars! Jolissa is so incredible, I go here for all my spray tans, she customizes my color and works with my skin because I have plaque psoriasis, and it always turns out amazing. She is so body positive and makes me feel very comfortable, she did my spray tan when I was pregnant for my baby shower and made sure that everything was safe for the baby! I adore her and I have referred her to many friends who rave about her! read more

I was skeptical at first! I had never done a spray tan, and my husband was nervous. Jolissa is so kind, so fun and talk to me through every part of the procedure. Her before and after care steps really helped and I'm so glad I went through with it. The tan looks really good and it's actually pretty light where no one would know it was fake. Amazing just absolutely amazing!!! Went in for a tan for my first time and any question I may have had was answered with detail. I chose the rapid tan because it was my first time and wanted to ease into something. I have olive undertones in my skin and was a little worried it would be a little orange but it did not look orange at all!!! The color looks like I spend a little extra time outside so very natural to me, it is absolutely beautiful!!! Almost two weeks in and I still love the color it left. I was absolutely comfortable every step of the way!! Definitely coming back, this might become a regular thing for me! read more

It's always a little nerve racking trying a new tanning salon but I felt instantly comfortable at flawless beauty bar. Jolissa went out of her way to understand what I wanted and she totally nailed it. I utilized her rapid tan service and it was so convenient and the tan turned out great; I asked for a natural look and that's exactly what I got. Overall, super happy with the service, will be coming back and would definitely recommend! read more

Found Jolissa through a Groupon. I bought a package of 3 sunless airbrush tans. I was a little skeptical about someone coming to my house and spraying me tan, but I have been VERY happy. She is extremely professional. Confirms all appointments with reminders about shaving/exfoliating the night before. All of her gear is clean and professional. She comes with EVERYTHING. Cap, barrier cream, flip flops, Vaseline for lips, tent, fan, and even a nose plug! I've had all 3 of my tans done and every time they turned out flawlessly. She's very proactive about how to apply the barrier cream to make sure that the driest area are covered so you don't have any discoloration or darker areas. I usually do the very lightest, color solution 6, in citrus fragrance, as I am super fair complected and I do NOT like the smell of normal spray tans. She really treats her business like a craft. She's very thorough and never misses a single spot. She's a true artist with an immaculate system. Even when I started sweating she would gently sponge those areas to make sure that I didn't streak. At the end, she does a once over with an ultra soft brush with this fabulous body powder to help you dry even faster. The powder has little gold sparkles and makes you feel and look super sexy and smells like cotton candy - I'm tempted to lick it, it smells so good! I do not have a single complaint. In fact, she's one of those people you want to keep for the long haul. She is definitely my new air brush spray tan person, and I hope someday, maybe even my friend. She's that cool. read more

I was in search of a salon for a spray tan in preparation for an upcoming wedding that I would be attending. After many google searches and Yelp reviews- I landed on Flawless beauty bar. I read all the great reviews and was impressed with the photos so I decided to book my appointment. Now, I was still a bit hesitant and debating whether it was worth it or if I should just go buy an at home self tanner. Let me tell you - it was SO worth it! Not only is Jolissa an expert at what she does but she's personable, kind and makes you feel comfortable right away! The day before my appointment, she took the time to text me and send me instructions in preparation of my appointment. When I arrived to her studio, She took her time talking to me about what I wanted. She understood my concerns and eased my worries. Right away I knew I was in good hands ! Her studio is so cute, clean and organized. The tanning products she uses did not have a strong scent like others I have smelled. The process was quick and easy. Afterwards she talked me through the aftercare to ensure I get the most out of my tan. Overall a great experience! If I lived closer, she would definitely be my go to gal. read more

I love this place so much!! Jolissa is such an amazing person! She made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I am always a little nervous the first time I go to a new place, but she was so welcoming and really cares about her clients! Her tanning skills are on point! She is an artist! My tan is absolutely beautiful! I can't wait to come back again! If you are even slightly wondering if you should go see her, the answer is an absolute yes!!! read more

The best of the best! I have had a good number of bad spray tan experiences, but my tan with Jolissa was the polar opposite of those! Not only is she very personable and easy to talk to, but she is incredibly professional and talented at her art. I have the pastiest of skin which has the tendency to get bright orange when fake tanned. Jolissa came to my house with an awesome setup and left me completely bronze! Not only do I feel better that I no longer resemble Casper, but my tan is honestly flawless. I do recommend that everyone opt for the rapid tan, as it leaves you feeling much less sticky than the regular kind. The dry time is also much shorter. All in all, I'm picky and I give flawless skin two beautifully bronzed thumbs up! So convenient, great pricing, and a fantastic new look :)) thanks! read more

Jolissa is great! I found her on Yelp, being back in the area and I am happy I did! Very sweet, and explains everything very well. She even has her own kit of Vaseline, nose plugs, caps and lotion...very well prepared. As for the tan, it looks awesome so far! She is very careful and blots out any areas with a brush that may be over-saturated due to more baby hair on the skin. I am SO very happy I called her. Will definitely be my go-to in Folsom for spray tanning needs. read more

Jolissa was amazing. A true professional. This being my first time, I didn't know what to expect. She spent time on the phone with me answering all of my questions. She made me feel totally at ease and was well prepared on arrival. As I am very fair-skinned, she recommended the lightest solution and it turned out perfect! I am extremely happy with all facets of her services. read more

I have been tanning with Jolissa for almost a year and am always happy with the result. She is so easy to talk to and makes you feel totally comfortable while you're standing there almost naked. I have tried each tan she has and always choose to do her quick dry one because it is definitely much less sticky than the regular. She comes with an easy setup and always makes sure that the color is what I want. I usually buy a package and her pricing is more than reasonable for multiple tans, and is often close to what I've paid in a salon. I really appreciate how personalized everything is because she does exactly what I want. The pic I attached is my last tan :) read more

Jolissa is awesome and her products are really great too. I love the convenience of her mobile service. Her spray tans turn out perfect every time, and the color is really nice. Ask her about her tan extender, that works really well to extend the spray tan too. I have just bought a package of tans and am excited to continue to use them through the summer. read more
