No exaggeration- we spent 20 minutes at the counter and 3 staff members could not figure out how to check us into services. They then told us they didn't know how to apply a guestpass and asked me to pay full for services. We would ask questions about the services and how they would affect us and various products and they did not have answers for a several questions and were honestly just not helpful. The services are all self service and I was left to navigate a few myself since the staff could not answer my questions. The services were alright, most of them are things you would not be able to see results with unless you are routinely using them. The massage was honestly very underwhelming. The spray tan was also frustrating because I have hearing difficult and had a hard time hearing the machine instructions. Not really sure the services would be worth the price and based off the reviews cancelling memberships seems to be a headache!

She took the time to explain the different memberships, pricing, and services instead of rushing me or making me feel bad for asking questions. Even though there was a small issue at first, she stayed calm and worked through it with me until everything was figured out. Once it was all set up, the rest of my visit went really smoothly. The salon itself was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, which made the experience even better. Miley was super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy.
