We would ask questions about the services and how they would affect us and various products and they did not have answers for a several questions and were honestly just not helpful. The services are all self service and I was left to navigate a few myself since the staff could not answer my questions. The services were alright, most of them are things you would not be able to see results with unless you are routinely using them. The massage was honestly very underwhelming. The spray tan was also frustrating because I have hearing difficult and had a hard time hearing the machine instructions.
