The wood paneling and decor reminiscent of some island shack somewhere. I opted for a spray tan because the place I usually go had no openings. The gal who did my tan was efficient and the tan itself was the best spray tan I received anywhere all summer. The reason I took away a star is because the place felt like the last time it was clean was in the 90s. I felt a little grimy but I walked away a bronze goddess so I'll take it. I also appreciated that they are open on Sundays and will work to get you in. I'll definitely go back!

She offered me a towel that might be more comfortable for the red light bed. And she welcomed me to approach her if I needed anything. I work in customer service myself and hers is top notch. Honestly there are times at various locations where I feel like I'm burdening the staff if I do another service or ask more about it, despite being an Ambassador. I've felt rushed out before. I sometimes feel judged. Brooke didn't make me feel that way at all. California Sun would be wise to keep her around!

Yesterday, in 5'o clock traffic, I drove 50 mins from my job to try my luck at the Roseville location after work. This was out of the way completely tor me, but I didn't like the pushy "salesman" vibes at the Folsom location unfortunately. I still wanted to see if I could sign up for a membership, but hopefully have a warmer/better experience. Lilly made the long drive worth it. From the moment I came in, she was so happy and friendly. I let her know what I wanted and she was so respectful, made me feel excited, and made the whole experience light and easy! She was informative and genuinely kind! Lilly embodies exactly what the owners should want! A warm welcome, professional, attentive & flexible to customer's needs, genuine, informative and respectful experience! She's a gem and I hope she is recognized! Such a sweetheart!
