Instead, your membership just stops or is disrupted without any warning. What makes this even more frustrating is that they constantly send out emails promoting new services and wellness offerings--but apparently can't manage to send a simple notification about a payment issue. How are customers supposed to take advantage of these new services if their accounts are quietly deactivated? Second, there is absolutely no appreciation for long-term customers. After two decades of loyalty, I expected at least some level of grandfathering into their new wellness plans. Instead, it feels like they are simply restructuring to charge more, with no regard for the customers who have supported them for years. Finally, their customer service is incredibly frustrating. When you call for help, you don't get solutions--you get unhelpful responses and no real effort to resolve the issue. It's disappointing and frankly unacceptable. Overall, California Sun Centers has gone downhill in both customer service and customer care. Long-time members clearly aren't valued anymore.
