Your salon, Crimson Rose made a grave error failing returning a new business request especially, when I, the customer personally visited your salon which you are quickly blaming your customer for your faux pas, as the owner, Trista losing the Crimson Rose's "notebook" your salon directly instructed writing my contact information succinctly explaining my hair salon request; however, I will refuse your request not removing my review. "FYI: I have reported your written conversation you wrote to me with YELP Headquarters and Yelp Elite despite, you find directly attacking my character by which, you deemed wise and prudent." I got married early January - and I was behind in securing a hair artist. In a way, I am so happy I did, because in comes Trista to the rescue. Trista was extremely kind and helpful through our phone exchanges - especially since I am the definition of vague requests... She even was patient with me as bridesmaids changed their minds not wanting and then wanting services. She said she could do 3 BMs, my mother, and myself - within my time constraints and all without knowing what we all wanted :) CRAZY. I got to meet her the day before the wedding to do a trial run - and again with my vague ideal wedding style - she HOOKED ME UP. Guys, she listened to me, she offered up her own creative twist, and made me feel so pretty. The day of, she came to my wedding suite bright and early, and started work on the maids and mom, with me in the middle. I couldn't even begin to tell you how funny and great she is. She breezed through everyone's hair so quickly - all my maids LOVE LOVE LOVED their hair and so did my Mom :) I don't even think I got to hug her goodbye (as it was a crazy day) but guys, if you are looking for a phenomenal stylist who knows her work - I definitely recommend the Crimson Rose. Trista runs a tight shop and it's beautiful vintage-y feel is just what you need to relax and let the professionals handle it. I went to Crimson Rose Salon for my wedding hair and make up, and am so glad I did! Trista is amazing!! Straight from my trial I knew I was going to look fabulous on my wedding day! Loved my hair and make up! I was getting compliments on it all day long. Trista clearly takes a lot of pride in her work making sure you look your very best, and that you stay that way all day! She also allowed us to hang out in the salon the day of the wedding and just relax! It was so nice! RACHEL IS THE BEST!! I don't trust easily when it comes to my hair. I found this place by word of mouth 3 years ago. Rachel is an amazingly skilled person when it comes to hair. She has no problem accommodating anything you want and I love her for that. She is extremely reasonably priced and very fast at responding to schedule an appointment. I have never left the salon feeling unsatisfied. Rachel never tries to push products on you either. She is literally THE best stylist I have ever gone to. She has changed my hair colors more times than I can count and her work is always seamless and gorgeous. I have sent many friends and family to her, never a complaint! read more

If you want to leave the salon feeling beautiful then this is the place. Trista has been doing my hair for about 9 years now and I have always LOVED it! She has always done an amazing job. I have made the mistake of trying to color my own hair and it was a disaster! I showed up to Tristas with some orangey hair and she turned it into a beautiful caramel color I was attempting all along. My daughter and husband also come to Trista to have their hair cut. I love the atmosphere in the new salon and can't wait for my next appointment!! read more

Crimson Rose is the most adorable, feel at home salon! Trista has been doing my hair for at least 3 years! I usually give her an idea of how I'd like my hair to look like and she will always offers me several options to make sure I'm getting exactly what I want! Trista did my hair and makeup for my wedding this fall. I had three different wedding events and she gave me three different makeup looks! I'm not one to play with makeup much but she was able to make it look natural and beautiful each time. She asked me what I wanted my makeup to look like but I felt comfortable just giving her free range to make me pretty! I have a short pixie cut and was prepared to just style it the way I do every day. Trista wanted me to see a second option and I loved it! She was able to curl it and pin it, something I never do, it was perfect. The day of our Reception my bridesmaids met at Crimson Rose to get ready and we were happily surprised, they had a bottle of champagne and berries out for us to enjoy! It is s small salon but that is the advantage, you don't feel forgotten, you don't feel lost in the crowd. You feel relaxed, you can take a moment to think and discuss your own ideas and concerns regarding what you want done.
