I called a week in advance to make an appointment and they said I was too early and I should call the day before. I ended up calling two days before and they scheduled me. They were good at practicing social distancing, however I noticed some weird things. When I was getting a pedicure, there wasn't a screen between me and the worker, but there was one with the girl across from me. They also checked the temperature of certain girls when they walked in, but they didn't check mine. Nail techs also were not wearing gloves when doing manicures. During the pedicure, the woman cut me a few times. She ended up leaving a scratch on the polish and leaving calluses on the sides of my feet. I was happy to see the other woman start my full set during my pedicure. We eventually went to the chair and she started doing the acrylic. She sighed when I showed her a picture of the design I wanted. I should have known she didn't know how to do it. I saw her spray alcohol on one of the tools, but I don't think that's the proper way to clean nail tools. She also cut me three times while doing my nails! She cut herself as well. There were young girls messing with the polish and she kept looking at them while working on my nails. She was definitely distracted. The nails don't look ugly, but it's not what I asked for. She forgot that I wanted my eyebrows waxed, so I reminded her. It was the only good part of this whole experience. In total, I paid $103 for them to do mediocre work. On top of that, my nail was really sore the next day from the cut. I've been putting alcohol and ointment on the cut so it doesn't get infected. I was considering getting my lashes done here, but I'm so glad I didn't. The service isn't even on their menu, but she said she does strips and individuals. Moral of the story, I'll be doing my own nails for now on. I'm DONE with these nail shops doing below average work.

Most sets start lifting or coming off within about five days. However, the owner assured me that wouldn't be the case, and she was absolutely right! My nails stayed beautiful and intact for an incredible 3 1/2 weeks. Not only was I impressed with the quality of the work, but everyone there was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. They truly made me feel special from the moment I walked in. Needless to say, I've found my new nail salon and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I came in for a basic pedicure (about $34) and was the only customer in the salon. Even with no one else there, the service felt rushed and lacked effort. The tech was very light-handed and didn't thoroughly remove the dead skin from my heels. To make matters worse, once my pedicure was finished, I was asked to move to the drying station instead of drying in the pedicure chair. I was working during my appointment, so I had to pack up and move my laptop, devices, and other belongings for no apparent reason, despite the salon being empty. It was unnecessarily inconvenient. As my polish was drying, I noticed my heels were still rough. When I pointed it out, I was told I had chosen the basic pedicure and that I "needed a cheese grater." I disagreed. My (80 year old) longtime nail tech had never used a cheese grater and consistently leaves my heels smooth using standard tools and proper technique for my basic pedicure. What disappointed me most was that they refused to correct the issue, even though there were no other customers waiting. It would have taken just a few extra minutes to make things right. A basic pedicure should leave your feet feeling smooth, and good customer service means addressing reasonable concerns when they're brought up. Unfortunately, this salon did neither, and I won't be returning. Guest relations go a long way

For this reason, not all my feedback is positive, but the goal is to help businesses improve the customer's experience. Thankfully, this was NOT the case with AOF, because they exceeded my expectations. I found AOF on Instagram searching with the hashtag #ombrebrows and #eyelashextensions. I was first impressed with how clean and professional their social media page was displayed. Most pages I previously found with the same hashtags always seemed to be missing information that I needed to make an informed decision when booking services. There was either not enough pictures of their work, unclear on services offered and how to book, or the posts were unorganized and looked very "spammy" on the page. However, this was not the case with AOF. The page was VERY clean and professional. They included BEFORE and AFTER photos of each client they performed services on. Each photo included a description of what the client booked, and the price. This made the booking process EXTREMELY user friendly because you did not have to guess which service to select. I also love that they show clients ranging in age and various skin tones, to have an idea of how things will look on you. The other major difference that set them apart was the booking process. The link for booking was included in the bio at the top of the page, with deposit instructions stated clearly, as well as, after care instructions for the Ombré Brows. This showed me they really prioritize the customer's health and safety. When arriving to my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised with decor of the suite and the ambiance that it created in the service and waiting areas. The suite was clean, sanitized, and Covid-19 friendly. There were two women that worked on me, Brittany and Ceon. They were super friendly, and greeted me with a warm welcome. They looked very professional, and wore shirts with business logos and it really added that extra layer of professionalism. Brittany did my lashes, and Ceon did my brows, and they are great at what they do. I was so in love with both services and how they turned out! They used great products, because I have had no problems with my lashes falling off or anything irritating my skin around my eyes or brows. They have definitely gained a long term client, and I look forward to booking my next appointment. I would DEFINITELY recommend using them! They are a one-stop-shop! They even offer facials and teeth whitening! This is a wonderful place to meet all of your beauty needs, and a great way to pamper yourself
