Although I understand that circumstances are out of the ordinary and expectations are different, this place was the worst experience. I think they're trying to fit in the sanitation on top of overlapping appointments which leads to poor customer service. Also, there aren't prices listed anywhere - not even on their website. I was charged $55 for a basic manicure and pedicure - too much for poor quality work and regular polish. There wasn't a spot for a tip, so I'm pretty sure the guy tipped himself and totaled it out. So I have no idea what the cost truly was nor how much he tipped himself. I won't come here again and I just wouldn't recommend it. There are other nail salons that are equally as compliant with sanitation due to COVID19 with much better service and quality work for less of a price.

I am Vietnamese, and this is the first time that no one has asked me if I am Vietnamese at a Vietnamese nail salon - which is fine because it was really entertaining listening to all the women talk shit about their customers. It was also fun hearing what they said about me, lol. This in no way affects my rating though because this is literally all Vietnamese people. It's in our culture, it's what we do *shrugs*. I had a pretty okay experience. My friend and I came in around 1pm without an appointment. We were immediately greeted/acknowledged and told that there would be a wait. The salon is a little small, but very well-maintained, so there were only 4 chairs to sit and wait in. Wait time was 10-15 mins. There are tons of colors to choose from! I really liked their selection of nudes/muted colors. I chose a light pale pink (#409). I didn't really get a chance to talk to my nail lady because I was catching up with my friend, but I appreciated the non forceful small talk. She was quick and efficient - a little too quick though.. I ended up getting a small "indent/line" and a small dust particle stuck on some nails... Nothing super noticeable, but it's annoying to KNOW that I have imperfect nails lol. I also wish she would have painted closer to my cuticles on my right hand. BUT, I do really like the shape that she gave me and she didn't make a mess at all. My friend's nail lady was super nice and did a great job, so I think it just depends on who you get. Overall, I had an okay experience - you can't beat the price! I just feel like they could have cleaned up my nails a little more and paid more attention to details like covering my whole nail? We'll see how my nails hold up after a week or two.

Great place! Totally coming back. Got me an appointment very last minute. I came in and got me seated right away. Lady that did my nails for me was super nice, and was patient when I was picking out a color for my nails. I totally recommend this place. I was in and out in 15 min. I got a gel manicure done.

This place is great! I called after work on Friday and they were able to fit me in for a gel manicure within the hour. They have a huge selection of gel polishes including MOOD CHANGING COLORS! The girls next to me were getting getting gems and nail art and they came out great, too. Prices were totally reasonable (well below what I pay at home in Chicago). I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in town.

Tried this place out today for the first time and I was so impressed! I didn't make an appointment, just happened to have some time so I walked in and got helped immediately. I got the deluxe pedi and a dip set on my fingers. I told Michell how nervous I was because I've had an allergic reaction to crappy shellac before so my fingers were sensitive. She took extra time and made sure to be careful on my fingers, and really got the shape just right. Some places I've been before do the dip too thick - but she did it JUST RIGHT! I'm so pleased with how they turned out - I will definitely be going back!

EXCELLENT service! I booked 4 mani/pedis tonight for my bridal party and even though they were running behind schedule, they squeezed us in after close of business. They stayed TWO hours late to complete our mani/pedis and provided great service. The owner, David, kept us entertained the whole time. I've been here a handful of times and have never been disappointed with the way my nails turned out. Can't say enough positive things about this business and its employees.

My first impression of the place was peace and harmony. I was greeted by a gentleman who took my appt over the phone. I arrived right at 10:30am to get a full set manicure and basic pedicure. Picking out my polish was easy as I knew what I was looking for. I was surprised when I had one woman working on my toes and another tending to my fingers at the same time. I wondered if that was normal, however things changed abruptly as soon as traffic picked up. The lady doing my toes, Hanna, suddenly finished my nails. I was then instructed to go to the nail station of Tina's to finish my nails. I missed to mention,Tina attempted to upsell me the moment she started working on me. I said, "no," to gel nail polish as I really only need this done for the weekend. She continued to ask me if I wanted the acrylic powder or the gel powder, "for $3 the gel powder is more clear." I said, "no thanks." So again, back at her nail desk she asked again to get gel polish on my nails. I told her I will only have this for the weekend and she didn't know how to respond. To help her out I told her I understand "that it will last longer." As she filed and polished my nails I didn't see she was putting much heart to it. I kindly asked her to polish my nails on my right hand as the polish was so thin and it looked like a bird's beak . I almost felt cheated. She re-polished them upon my request. She then put the last coat on my nails which was a clear coat from a black bottle. Now that it's hours after my appt, I notice my finger nails were not filed round enough around the edges, nor were my cut evenly on both sides, and my polish is uneven. As for my toe nails, the polish looks great from afar, but close up she too didn't file well enough. I'm hopeful for this nail shop as they have some opportunity to work on and maybe, just maybe, someone they know will read this and can relay them my review. In the meantime, I'm in need of a spectacular nail shop. If you're reading this and know of one, message me!

I decided to try a new nail place and was very happy I did! I called to make an appointment, and was able to get in right away. When I arrived I was welcomed by a very friendly greeting. I was told to pick my polish and then have a seat at the station, while he fetched me a bottle of water. He was very friendly and polite and made conversation with me. He made sure as we went along that I was liking the way he was doing my nails asking if I'd like anything different. I left extremely happy! The nail salon was clean and organized, and the service was very affordable ! I would highly recommend this place and will be going back in the future :) read more

We made an appointment for pedicures and 30 minutes after our appointment time, we still were waiting for service with no interactions from the staff. I left and went to V Star Nails on 50th where I was helped immediately and received a great pedicure. read more

I absolutely love this nail salon. They do a fabulous job every single time. I rarely have to make an appointment (although it's better if you call ahead by at least an hour) and even if they are a little busy I only ever have to wait for maybe 10 minutes. The technicians are amiable, skilled, and consistent. I have brought my two young daughters (ages 6 and 3) into the salon several times. Most of the time, they do well. But a couple of times my youngest daughter has gotten a little difficult... The staff is always kind and understanding about children as it seems they realize that sometimes mom just flat out has to have the little ones tag along. They have painted my daughters nails many times. I've done regular polish, gel, luxury services, French, etc - done it all. The prices are reasonable. The salon is clean and well appointed. We always leave happy and so they will always have our business. read more

So, I'm visiting my friend here for a few days and we decided to gets our nails done. This place pop up on yelp in our vicinity so we decided to give it a try. Walking in, place is very clean. The owner David, was super nice and friendly. All their equipment looks up to date. All that check. Onto with the work and service. Super job. I got a French n mani. Turned out nice. No mess up. Super job!!! Friendly workers. My friend love her color as well. Great job v nails. Totally recommend. read more

I am not sure how this place has the reviews it does because I did not have as fabulous of an experience. I called for a 5 p.m. appointment and they took me at nearly 540. He rushed through my nails with paint all along the sides. He started doing another girl's nails while I was there and it was obvious he just wanted to get through me so he could get to her. They look quite messy. read more

By far the best nail salon I have encountered. I have become a loyal customer of David's; he is kind, friendly and extremely talented. The salon is clean, peaceful, and both David and Mary do great work. I typically get acrylic fills with gel polish, and pedicures with gel polish. This place is a diamond in the rough and I am so thankful I found it. read more

What a great place to find. Excellent and friendly service. They did a perfect pedicure which still looks great after 2 weeks. The gel nail Polish is so great. My nails were always snagging fabric because they were chipping and flaking so much. The gel polish solved that problem and actually did last 2 weeks. They probably would have lasted longer if they didn't grow so fast. High recommend this place. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is the worst nail salon I have ever In my life been to. My nail chipped nearly an hour after getting them done. They offered to redo them but I am out of town and feel an hour after getting your nails done you shouldn't have to go back. After sending a picture to the "manager" he stated would only refund me half price for a product that was damaged. I requested a full refund and was hung up on 5 times while the women in the background laughed and mocked my frustration. Save yourself the headache and NEVER GO HERE. read more

Love it here! Moved from Texas where I was addicted to Maile Nails (still am) because of the great job they do and the long arm/leg massage. Luckily, I found V Nails and it definitely helped me transition up here...a girl has to have a good nail salon, right? Great gel manicure and great pedicure, no complaints! I went to get my nails done for graduation. I was a little worried about the shape of the nail since I said I wanted oval. It cost 27 for acrylics & 37 with gel. The person I got was a man named Hung. He was nice & really patient with me. He didn't talk much but he gave me a water. The nails came out pretty good. He said they were dry but they weren't. I messed up 2 nails. It was hardly noticeable so it was okay. I really liked the color. read more

My nails didn't end up how I wanted them. She didn't groom my nails at all. Didn't cut my cuticles or anything. I got an acrylic set with gel polish and the nail technician was rushing through it without much care. The ends are lumpy and there is a part of my thumb nail that was missed when she polished them. read more

Best customer service I have ever encounter in a nail salon! I went to get my nails done yesterday, however I realize later that night that my nails were a bit too long. I called today in the morning to see if they could make my nails shorter and they gladly did it! I brought my daughter in only for a manicure. Mine needed to be filled however. Not only did they keep telling me different prices,the purple polish I chose turned out red.They told me it would change color, yeah right, and at first I was going to get acrylics, but since the prices kept changes I told them to forget it. I guess the polish I picked out for me and my daughter wouldn't work out because I picked out the wrong polish . These people managed to make my daughter very uncomfortable by calling me a liar only because I changed my mind about getting acrylics and then they started talking in a different language and laughing right after this drama happened. Learn some tact money hungry crazy people. read more

My friend was able to get a full set before I was half way down with my gel. I'm pretty sure I counted about 9 layers of polish that went on. My nails were so thick by the end of it, and I had been nicked twice. The blood stayed under the polish for the entire month that I had my nails on. I can't say that I would return. I'm bummed that we were rushed to pick colors, that we didn't get to sit next to each other, that I was nicked, and that my gel took so long. Finding a nail salon is hard, with it being so busy it's clear that people like coming here. Maybe it was the person I got?

He did an amazing job, was efficient, but still careful and took the time necessary to do a great job. The color selection is huge. I'm super picky about my nails, how they are shaped, the thickness of my arcrylic, and few technicians get them as short as I need. David was fantastic, and the prices are so reasonable. Quality work and the owner is usually in the store making sure everything is going the way it should. Location is clean and a pleasant atmosphere. There is generally not a long wait even without an appointment. Plenty of parking and a great little Dairy Queen right next door for a treat afterwards. read more

They do Good service for men and women . We do not have any pedicure price $ 40 . Most customers come here they know .
