I have been going here exclusively for the last year for my nails and pedicures. Each experience has been very good. They prefer that you have an appointment, but I usually just walk in and they get to me very quickly. It's not a very fancy place, but it's well kept and clean. As a cosmetologist, I know the procedures and laws for nail salons and they follow them. They have relaxing music playing and a couple of TV's to look at if you're interested. Went there for a pedicure and gel. Pedicure was ok but my gel peeled off in 1 week as it was so thick. I went back any she did it for free. Here it is not even 1 week later and gel is off already. I followed Hun from another place in boynton beach and must say he's worth the drive! Not only is he sweet and accommodating he delivers! Best shellac manicures, nexgen and pedicures I've had in south florida! Also his whole staff is super friendly and the spa is super clean and the environment is welcoming. I made an appointment the other day for a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. I show up today and said "I'm here for my deluxe pedicure and gel manicure'. The man at the counter nods. A woman beckons me toward a pedicure station and without saying a word, quickly begins my pedicure. By the time I realized I was not receiving the deluxe pedicure I asked for, it was too late. I then reminded the tech that I was also getting a gel manicure as they usually wrap my fingers during the pedi to save time. She did not know that I was getting a manicure. It wasn't that the place was too busy. Man at counter was doing nothing. Just laziness and a lack of caring for their customers. I won't be back. read more

I used to love coming here because everyone was nice and they did a good job, but after todays experience i WILL not return! I paid $70 on wednesday for a nexgen and pedicure. Today Saturday i made an appointment because one broke off. I have difficult nails to work with but the attitude i received from the male nail tech in the first row far left was deplorable. Not only was his attitude nasty but he asked me "oh there is some glitter in your black, thats okay right?" End result he was extremely dismissive after I hinted that it was not okay. Customer service is one thing..but if you're gonna be nasty which (SHOULD NEVER BE THE CASE)...then at least do a good job! You guys don't deserve a star this time! read more

They always try to upsell everything throughout your time there. I went in for a regular manicure and they asked me at least 5-6 times whether i want gel, or powder, or maybe acrylics cause my nails are too short. After saying no all those times, they decided i needed an eye brow wax, to which i also said no. Its not a good atmosphere and it happens ALL THE TIME! I only go here once in a while since its so close to my house and its always so dead in there and no wait. Yesterday was the last straw there when they decided to charge me extra $5 to take my gel off that was almost off anyway, and it took 1 hour to get a regular manicure cause the guy clearly did not know what he was doing. I am very particular and I like my nails a certain way and he is awesome. This salon is extremely clean and there are many colors to choose from, whether it's regular polish or Nexgen. It also has a very relaxing atmosphere. I'm very particular and picky when it comes to the shape of my nails. And when I found Hinh over a year ago, I've been going to him ever since! He is now the owner of this salon and he truly cares about his customers. He really listens to what you want and can basically replicate any shape or style. This has been the most disgusting experience I have had so far. I got there and I asked for a pedicure and a manicure. After the girl is done in less than 20 minutes. I complain that I am not happy with the job. She didn't remove the dead skin around my nails. She didn't take time to paint my nails. She just slopped them there.
