Despite having some issues with the drain and having to bring in a plumber to assist with a portion of the work (which ended up delaying us about 1 1/2 days), everything that he estimated from both time and cost was exact. His work quality was great and he made it very painless by allowing me to select the tile and then picking it up to do the job. Each time we worked with Jeff who helped us decide on which options were best for us given our taste, our kitchen layout and of course, our budget. His approach is consultative without being pushy or trying to upsell. Sales and Design Christian is a laying piece of ****. He will tell you all false information to make a sale. He lies on top of lies. Manager Brian is a joke. Is he ever a manager? They can not deliver anywhere close to when promised. Person after person at this store, does not help and the lies make them unbearable to work with. In addition, in 2026 Floor and Decor is working with a new contractor, Installations made easy, Inc. This contractor is part of the problem. The prior contractors from 2025 and prior years were excellent and Floor and Decor changed to this nightmare. WHY? Avoid this nightmare company. They claim they have 50,000-60,000 employees not independent contractors. They have 1000's of supervisors but cannot connect to one. I believe this company is an absentee owner with his airhead daughter working the phones. They know nothing, they can not find anything, and why Floor and Decor does not vet them is unknown. They are a waste of time. Hours spent just having them look up a work order that the girl has no training and does not know what they do. The claim all their installers for plumbing, tile, flooring, counters, etc are their own employees and not independent contractors. I believe they are 100% fly by night, take advantage of the consumer. Avoid them. It also appears they have multiple addresses and phone numbers, the sign of a 100% scam company.

After telling me the job would take ~3 days, he left the second day without all the old tile even being removed. He came on the third day, and then left at noon to get lunch or something. He never came back. He said he would drop something off that night, but never did. He never answered his phone again. I paid him 2/3 of his price and he disappeared without even having the old tile fully removed. It cost me more than his initial quote to have someone else come and finish the job. I don't think this business exists anymore, but just in case, I'm going to leave this review to say DO NOT HIRE this contractor. And if you do, do not pay anything in advance.
