Her knowledge of their product line & her ability to zero in on my individual needs was exemplary. She made the entire process easy & seamless. She took her time in helping me to pick out the right color, texture & size that would compliment my bathroom space. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying from them. But because they had such a wide selection @ affordable prices while still offering excellent quality, I purchased my floor & wall tile from Thomas Tile. Even after my purchase, I had to contact Kym & Elaine on several occasions because I had discovered the handyman I hired for the tile installation misrepresented his skill set. He lacked the experience & knowledge to do the job effectively. Fortunately, for me, Kym & Elaine continued to offer their expertise, knowledge & support by explaining to me what to expect during the installation process & how it should look upon completion. With their help & guidance I was able to point out all the mistakes big & small to the handyman. A lot of the work had to be redone. The final result could have been a disaster, but because Kym & Elaine cared enough to see it through to the end, the tile installation was done right & looks great. I had made all the measurements but was afraid it wouldn't be exactly precise. It seems no one wants to install Ikea, go figure... ha. Anyway, I had started out with a different company (a friend of a friend) and that job ended with the demo because they had literally walked in and doubled the price they had quoted me, not to mention they said they'd worked on Ikea projects but it was obvious they hadn't. So I called Artisan and was able to set up a date right away. They honored the price quote they originally gave me months ago, minus the demo, which I greatly appreciated. Great start! There were a few snafus due to the nature of my space (a loft in an old building), but Adrian always came up with a solution to solve the problem. They were efficient and pleasant to have around. Always on time, made sure they cleaned up, and kept me in the loop regarding everything they were doing. I'm very happy with my kitchen and really appreciated the dedication and obvious attention to detail Adrian and the team provided. Since having three main living area floors completed, I have had Century Tile remodel two of my bathrooms. These were complete remodels- floor, walls, vanity, sink, minor plumbing( toilet and faucets). Words cannot describe how pleasant it is to work with Mike and Christy. Christy always makes sure all materials are ordered and delivered on time prior to the job and can always be trusted to lean you in the correct direction both in terms of style and quality. Mike, their project coordinator, is beyond great. Just as with the first job, he is always a phone call or text away to answer any questions. He also send the best people he has to complete the job, both in terms of skills needed as well as adhering to your timeline. No matter how many jobs he has going, he consistently checks in with his workers and you to make sure items are going smoothly. Added onto this, the workers are not only skilled, but a pleasure to work with. They are professional, have always left the areas they are working on clean - even throughout the job- and communicate with you throughout the entire process. More importantly, they problem solve as needed to make sure the job is completed with exceptional quality! I am currently saving and working with Mike and Christy to have my shower/downstairs bathroom remodeled and cannot wait to have an updated shower and a beautiful downstairs bathroom! When I called Floro about my scratched tub, he hung up on me. A few months after the tile installation, we knew something was wrong when we saw water leaks on the ceiling of the room below the recently tiled bathroom. The plumber we hired said the height of the tile prevented the toilet from being installed correctly: the stack needed to be extended. Essentially, the water was leaking into the subfloor. When I called Floro about the toilet being installed incorrectly and that I had to hire a plumber to fix the problem, he said "what can I say" and hung up again on me. I suggest you think twice before working with this group.

The "rough" prices he threw out at the end of my visit were not that great. I left feeling like I wasted my time. I did not see other clients getting good assistance of follow up either. Jim saw the flooring underneath had rotted due to over watering of the previous owners plants and fixed it all. He is meticulous. We bought close to 30 boxes and he inspected each board for defects. It turns out four boxes had defects. We were able to exchange them and finish the job. If you want perfection, call this guy. He was fastidious and his workmanship was impressive. He is so knowledgeable about flooring he PRECISELY matched the existing entrance way with the type of wood we needed. This guy knows floors! And the best thing was he was teaching his son the trade, so it's a family operation. I would have to say we would use him again in a heartbeat. Now my husband can say "I gotta a guy for that".
