Had a great experience working with Jonathan. We had a tiling job in our bathroom that spanned over 6 days. Jonathan was very communicative throughout the process and good at rolling with the punches. We had an issue where the wall wasn't completely straight and he ended up having to build it out a little bit more to get the tiling done. He was able to professionally assess the situation, we had cracked tiling and he removed them and laid a foundation with concrete before setting our tile. He also had great advice with aesthetics and suggested we lay the frost color for our grout. All in all our bathroom looks great now! There was a minor issue of not being able to put the plumbing back together so Jonathan very fairly suggested we get a discount and find a plumbing professional but we were very satisfied with our service so we wanted to gave him the full amount and ordered him Italian cookies he liked as well! We recommend him to all our friends for future work when they are redoing tiling as well. As a side note, Jonathan was also very great with our dog who has a bit of anxiety and would bark at him (strange man making loud noises to our dog!) But he was very patient and even made the effort to feed our dog treats and get down on his level so our dog knew he was not a threat. Jonathan is incredible. We previously hired a painter / tile guy to install backsplash in our kitchen and half-way through his job we realized it was not up to par with our expectations. We had them stop work and contacted Jonathan for help. He responded quickly and even walked us through how to demo the prior work in order to save a little money since we had already paid the other contractor a portion of the fees. He was available the same week and installed our backsplash without any issues. This review is LONG overdue but as everyone else has stated, Jonathon is incredible. A total perfectionist who will go above and beyond and treat your project as if it were being done in his own home. We started with a very un-level and carpeted basement (~1,000sq ft) in our 100+ year old house which Jonathon meticulously turned into a flat, beautifully tiled, second living room. And if the space wasn't challenging enough, the walls were rarely straight and of course the tile we selected had 13 individually sized pieces which needed to be laid in a specific pattern. Jonathan took this challenge head on and while it may have taken a couple of extra days to get it just right (again, the room, additional leveling, etc), the finished product was absolutely amazing.
