The workmanship alone would merit 5 stars, but our refinishing projects with them was one of these rare cases where every aspect of it went better than we could have hoped. From the initial assessment to our last goodbye, Ben and George were communicative, responsive, personable, and genuinely wonderful to work with. The cost for their service is more than fair and well worth every penny. And their attention to detail was so deeply appreciated. From staining the thresholds on the doors and under the visible parts of the radiators to cutting down (and staining!!) the wood shims we had under the radiators to take up less actual and visible space, Ben's team truly thought of every detail. They also work very quickly. In brief: What are you waiting for? Hire them!!

When the installer team came out, they did not replace the boards and told me new boards were unnecessary. I was still charged for the board replacements anyway. I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

Donald responded within 5 minutes and came out the next morning to do the job. Getting to the siding was a bit tricky because it was above the stairs to the deck, but he figured it out and got the job done quickly. He quoted me a reasonable price for the work and in the end charged me less than half of what he quoted. Thought that was honest and showed integrity. He was also really friendly. My 7 year old son said he liked him. So we're asking him to come back to do a couple more projects around house.

Their return policy is totally fair too, they can take returns if they're in full cases but not opened ones. All in all. I cannot recommend floor and decor enough for your tile and countertop needs.

My contractor joined me during my appointment and helped too, Markell got that I was relying on my contractor to make some decisions for me, like do I want sanded or un-sanded grout. How would I know that? Markell never made me feel excluded. He never made me feel like he was man-splaining, which has happened to me plenty of times in home improvement stores. I recommend both.
