Once we found the tiles we wanted, a staff member helped us calculate the boxes we needed, loaded up a cart for us and helped us bring it out to our car. Their return policy is totally fair too, they can take returns if they're in full cases but not opened ones. All in all. I cannot recommend floor and decor enough for your tile and countertop needs.

Luckily I got some advice to make an appointment with Floor & Decor, and I'm so glad that I did. Markell listened to my thoughts and what I was looking for. He patiently explained the differences between products and gave me much needed insight. My contractor joined me during my appointment and helped too, Markell got that I was relying on my contractor to make some decisions for me, like do I want sanded or un-sanded grout. How would I know that? Markell never made me feel excluded. He never made me feel like he was man-splaining, which has happened to me plenty of times in home improvement stores. He even helped me load up my car. I really appreciated his kindness, patience and professionalism. I will definitely return to Floor & Decor, and I'd absolutely want to work with Markell again. The first time, I was amazed with the quality work, the team worked efficiently my main bathroom had a huge leak and it completely ruined my floor and downstairs ceiling but they fixed the leak, the floor/ceiling, and left the bathroom better then before completely amazed. The workers where also always on time, kind, and respectful. The team definitely had a kind aspect that made it even better having them work for me. I had to wait ten days, but it was worth it. (Left a request on Angi, and not one viable reply.) He replaced five large tiles that had detached and regrouted around them... saving me from having to re-do the entire bathroom floor. Matched perfectly... you can't tell the old work from the new. Arrived on time and worked quickly. I was worried about tile/grout dust, but there wasn't a spec in my condo after he left. Highly recommended!

I hired Radek/Chicago Tile Services to rip out my old shower tile & shower pan and redo the entire thing brand new. He was very kind, super responsive and informative from the beginning and made the whole process very easy. Despite having some issues with the drain and having to bring in a plumber to assist with a portion of the work (which ended up delaying us about 1 1/2 days), everything that he estimated from both time and cost was exact. His work quality was great and he made it very painless by allowing me to select the tile and then picking it up to do the job. On his first visit, Carlos thoroughly cleaned and sanded the deck. He also went above and beyond by power-washing underneath it, an area that desperately needed attention. I had not asked him to do that, so I really appreciated the extra effort. When he returned to stain the deck, the finished result looked fantastic. Carlos was prompt, honest, upfront about pricing, and clear about what needed to be done. I am extremely happy that I hired him, and my deck now looks great and meets my HOA's requirements. I cannot recommend Carlos highly enough. He does excellent work and is an even better person.
