The young one insisted one of my tires side tread is no good. Very unfortunate how they hustle you. I told them to fail the inspection over the phone after they gave me this spiel. They said that it was the alarm system which he never had a problem with before he had that car for three months so it took them 12 hours to take out the alarm system and they charged $584.that was on June 26, 2026 yesterday July 7, 2026. His car broke down again and did the same thing so I said go back to the place have them look at the car because it's 10 days later and they'll standby their work, but I was wrong. They towed the car they said now all of a sudden he needs an alternator, which was the problem from the beginning. So they quoted us a price of like one price was almost $900 and another price was about $600 to put in an alternator. I said no to the work.. I just wanted to get the car and get out of there because they didn't warranty the work they did originally .. that car was supposed to be in good running condition. No startup issues. Supposedly they checked the car before we picked it up in June ..now it was a different problem which is baloney. They said oh you gotta pay your bill. They charged $136 to tow the car, I said, but if I knew that I would've called AAA for free, he says well you should've done that ..We're not working for free that was his answer so they actually got the car started and they pulled it back into the shop and held the car hostage until I made that payment which I put on my card. I had no choice so if you look at the odometer reading, my tenant put actually 10 miles on that car from the time he picked it up till yesterday when he broke down again I am disputing this. Went in today 9.12.2022 for car inspection and set of 4 tires replacement. Spoke to a heavy set Asian man, around 5'10", In his fifties with a gold chain around his neck, dressed casually, not in mechanic uniform. From his overall demeanors one can fairly assume he's an owner/partner there. Was initially told it will take 1.50 hours to get everything done, no issues there and was let in (the car) in less than a few minutes. One of their staff mechanics started on the vehicle inspection process, and I proceeded to inquire about the tires from this same gentleman (heavy set guy) , herein in will be referred to as HSG, as he led the way to show me the availability of tires. Note this HSG person did not once go near my car as it was undergoing the inspection process. Long story short, I found the tires this man quoted to be overpriced and as I returned to the actual mechanic who's completed the inspection with a PASS and the new sticker already put in its proper place on the interior side of the windshield adjacent to the registration sticker... I told the mechanic the new tires are overpriced and THAT'S when the HSG freaked out and ordered the mechanic to take down the PASS inspection sticker, and get rid of it. The mechanic replied "it's already on the glass". Was told then by HSG I need to replace at least 2 tires. WHAT??? NOW, taken by surprised in this whole ordeal I needed a couple of seconds to realize this craziness is actually happening, so I told the HSG "you passed the vehicle with the sticker already on, you can't do that (reference to what gross negligence he and mechanic had committed should they proceed to take down the sticker). As soon as I stated that, HSG ALTERED his tone and his employee to "just forget it, let him go, forget the tires." WTF happened to this place??? This used to be a decent auto shop you can go to without feeling like going into a shady gangsters paradise like back in the 90s. About 3-4 years ago you can go into the shop and get greeted by decent respectable mechanics, nowadays if you stay long enough it's just a whole lot of cursing in various Chinese dialect, usually from the single biggest loudest guy in the shop. New partnership, new management whatever you want to call it, if this place keeps going the way it's going they WILL lose tons of repeating customers like myself who has been going there for the past 10+ years. I finally lost my trust in them, having been treated vary badly and unprofessionally. Next I took the car for maintenance to Great Bear, on Kissena Blvd. in my neighborhood. The car was stalling when accelerating to enter the highway, a very dangerous situation. I also needed a new AC compressor. They charged me an exorbitant amount, but the car kept stalling, and the new, very expensive AC compressor did a poor job from the start. Isaac took care of the stalling problem, made my AC work as it should, performed regular maintenance, all that for a fraction of the price I was used to pay. My wife I I were treated in a very friendly and respectful way. Isaac is a very busy man, so don't expect a speedy resolution to your car problems or needed service. But he'll do the right job for the right price, and treat you the way a customer should. I highly recommend Isaac. I'll be his loyal customer for as long as own a car.

Car was having issues with jittery…read moresteering, rear suspension was causing uneven and bumpy ride over any type of road, car has 88k miles with original suspension. I end up getting KYB shocks and struts with full spring assembly on my own. I had the shop install the front struts and rear shocks and they advise front linkage needed replacement as well. When car came back and was road tested, i realized no more shaking at speeds over 50mph, suspension felt very smooth, all tires felt in place and brakin was improved aling with sharp steering. Mike did a great job, the car felt like brand new. Job was done quickly and 4 hrs later they were calling me to pick up. I was so happy, that i am already thinking about doing the same to my other car. They are experts working diligently to deliver proper customized individual solutions.
