Somehow my packages get to her much faster than when my parents mail from their post office (also in Maryland). The first time I went and was completely lost with figuring out how to mail something internationally, they were very patient and helpful. Even if there is a line (there rarely is when I go) it moves quickly. The ladies working the counter are nice and never seem overwhelmed even when some cranky customers who can't wait longer than 45 seconds get up to them. Added bonus, my favorite grocery store Aldi is in the same parking lot. There's also a cute coffee/pastry shop and Baskin Robbins.

Which brings me to this past visit. I waited in line to ask how can I check on the status of my order, to only be told to wait for my delivery longer. Not knowingly being aware of the fact that I've been unsatisfied from the level of introduction from the very start. Nobody greeted me said Hi or even asked what bought me in. But when other customers came in to get their passport serviced. The employees seemly shown favoritism and or excitement to service. Sad to see how poor we treat each other. These young ladies should understand professionalism, etiquette, and integrity to all customers who come to this post office.
