When I've waited in line for 15 mins over the actual appointment time. When asked to speak to a manager she mentioned that I was mad about the Incorrect Photo that she told me to get from CVS. Not knowingly being aware of the fact that I've been unsatisfied from the level of introduction from the very start. Nobody greeted me said Hi or even asked what bought me in. But when other customers came in to get their passport serviced. The employees seemly shown favoritism and or excitement to service. Sad to see how poor we treat each other. These young ladies should understand professionalism, etiquette, and integrity to all customers who come to this post office. I will intentionally revist this location for the exact same service and expect better service. Update: Please go to Towson Public Library, for your passport needs. Why allow us to schedule an appointment if no one is available? The employees were helpful, suggesting two other post offices that could help us on a Saturday and calling one of them to ensure someone was available.

If there is ever a line, it's moving quickly and the workers are patient and always professional. Last Christmas I witnessed a woman treat the clerk very disrespectfully, yet he remained friendly and calm. Today I saw the same clerk helping an elderly woman label and tape her packages. So kind and patient. Maybe I should tell readers to not go here! It's been my little secret for awhile. In and out has never been so satisfying!

I wasn't sure how many stamps I'd need for the oversized envelopes but she helped me figure it out, purchase stamps, and also got my packages shipped out. I was given a week timeline for standard shipping but much to my surprise, the packages were all delivered within 1-2 days. I got an email receipt each time one was delivered which gave me peace of mind, too. Each package only cost about $8 to ship which I thought was excellent. I recently shipped another, similarly sized package via UPS and it cost $20! I would definitely recommend this location if you want efficient shipping at a good price. Google, directions to a Post Office near me. This one is in the cut, like in its own little cul-de-sac. If I was driving and looking, I never would have found it. Plenty of parking spaces and looked well maintained from the outside. Even when going inside, it was orderly. There was a gentleman at the window and about four people in front of me. The postal employee was explaining to the gentleman that she needed to know the country where the package was going. He didn't seem to understand, and they were both getting frustrated. The gentleman finally asked for the supervisor. The supervisor came out and handled the situation with professionalism. She explained to the gentleman that he had to complete another slip for his package; it required more detailed information. After that was settled, the line moved fairly quickly. I like that these employees actually had on Post Office attire/uniforms and they were speaking to me (not at me). I actually prefer this one to my local PO. I'll most likely try to come here instead to mail my packages.

As my son's school bus couldn't get down the street. This is also after she nearly hit the pole on the corner and road up on the curb as well because she was on the phone talking. Followed by refusing to deliver mail for the entire block that day. The route was never finished so no one including me got mail 11/6. After which she sped off down the block once I told her that if she didn't stop yelling, cussing and threatening me I have to call the cops. Today November 7, 2025 someone from this local office called me and told me it was my word against hers and refused to identify themselves. When I asked what their name was, and told them I have all of this on video. They told me it wasn't necessary so they wouldn't watch it and hung up on me. Never once was it mentioned that my service be interrupted. Only for me to come home after work today to a note saying my mail service was suspended. This is clearly retaliation for me filing a complaint. Mind you my family has owed this home for 20 years. Heather is an excellent mail carrier and we had never had any issues in all the years we have been here. I don't know the name of the person who threatened me and was filing in for her but I haven't gotten mail for two days. And I'm not sure why this be allowed by management after I had to file a complaint and call the police for my own safety. I can't believe that they suspend my service and withhold my mail from being delivered. This is outrageous and I would like to be contacted by someone who can fix this. It's literally hard to believe this is happening but after reading these reviews I see I'm not alone.
