Meh. Avoid if you can. Walked in about 10 minutes after they opened to no line. However, no one working at the counter either. When someone finally came out, they made me feel like I inconvenienced them by coming into the post office and making them actually work. I had 5 eBay packages that were ready to go with postage complete; only needed to be scanned. You'd think the person working would be happier that this was going to be a short, easy transaction - nope still got attitude for no reason. I said I needed an email receipt and as I'm holding the electronic pen in my hand to select that option on the screen and type in the email address, she rushed through and just printed out a receipt for me. The only upside to this location is that it is small and not crowded and I didn't have to carry the packages down a long hallway like some post offices. However, I think I can see why people might avoid this one. Luckily I don't live in the area and will most likely never need to go here again. read more

They lost a certified letter. Absolutely no help in resolving the issue. They keep passing around your call and the only thing they do is open an investigation. There have been no updates on my letter in over a week. No help. No answers. No concern. I paid $14.00 for certified delivery and guess what, no refund either. Shameful read more

The Linthicum PO is the best! I drive from another area to use it because my local PO sucks. Clerks are always friendly and super polite here. I've never had any issues w shipping or anything else in the past 7 years. I wish this PO would provide training to other area PO's. read more

Just wanted to share how helpful this Post Office has been the past 2 days. Frank & Paige went above and beyond to help me with a dilemma regarding a priority package. Neither left me hanging, calling with any news/updates even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. They kept a line of communication. Thank you Paige & Frank!! Absolutely terrible service!!! I would not recommend going here unless you want to be disrespected. The woman behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful to multiple clients in the 5 minutes I was there. I ended up leaving and took my business elsewhere. From what I understand this is not the first time this has happened. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. read more

I have to go here every week or two to send mail for my office. The clerks are pretty good at what they do and I never have to wait long.

Nice little low-stress post office. Easy parking. Easy to spot. Quick Service, although I was the only customer at the time.

I went to this location this morning...had a horrible experience. 2 young women, both young AfrAm women. The first one got very irritated when I asked her to explain services. I could tell she didn't know the answers, but I didn't have a problem with that. The problem I had is that she was very irritated with me for asking questions and holding up her line. I then went to the mail door to ask for a Mgr to answer my questions. I was told he wasn't in. I asked another young Afr Am female for the phone number of the Mgr. She got very upset that I asked if she could write it down (I didn't have a pen). When I asked for the manager's name, she screamed, "Do I need to write that down too?" When I said no, she then slammed the top part of the door in my face. There were at least 7-8 customers who witnessed this horror ! read more

If I could leave a zero star rating I would. This post office is horrible! Has lost 2 of my packages already. Another one was transferred there 4 days ago and I can certainly imagine that this one will be lost too! I understand this is a busy time of year but why is it that my package has sat there for 9 days "awaiting acceptance"???? I re-ordered the item and it was delivered because it didn't have to go through this hell hole! I called to find out what's going on, waited on hold for an hour, to be told to keep watching the tracking it should update that evening. It's been 4 days and still no update! I told her I didn't believe her seeing as they had already lost one of my packages so she gives me what she claimed to be the direct line to the processing facility. I called the number to be told it was a wrong number! It was someone's personal number!!! This place needs to be shut down! read more

I have a PO box here, so I frequent this facility quite often. Very helpful, respectful, and friendly clerks. I've never had any issues whether receiving mail or having it sent out and that's why I love a good community post office. I've dealt with the ones in Baltimore City and needless to say, you just won't receive the same personable service as you would at a place like this in the 'burbs. I can walk in to this facility, hand them my package slip from my PO box and without even saying what my PO box number is, they already have it memorized. I love it! read more

One star because I can't give zero. Just don't ask them to issue a refund. I went to the office per the refund instructions on the USPS website and asked them to refund my card bc my customer no longer needed to ship something to an APO address. One girl slammed her fist down as if I was bothering her and the other denied my refund because "I already paid for it". Uhh, that's exactly why I want a refund....? After trying to make her understand she made something up on the spot about not refunding priority mail, only priority express. I call BS and ended up calling the 800# from the parking lot and got my refund processed within 2 minutes. Lazy lazy lazy.... read more
