Some packages have arrived remarkably quickly, sometimes as much as two days early! Unfortunately for FedEx, they have faced the most problems. Some issues stem from Customs in Cincinnati! You can't miss the building with the red and yellow DHL brand colors. There was ample parking. I came and there were 3 people there before me waiting on packages. The office is small with seating for two, but roughly ~5 folks could stand in there. I rang the bell to let them know a new customer was there for service and it took over 10 minutes for an associate to come. In all fairness, they had a sign that says they could be in the warehouse and it may be a bit of a delay. When the associate appeared, they instructed one of the customers to pull their vehicle around the side and disappeared again, without acknowledging me. They reappeared again with the package of another customer...again no acknowledgement. The third customer simply left. After another 5-10 minutes, I pressed the bell again and the associate appeared and asked how they could assist me. Even though I was in my feelings about the wait, they were very pleasant and proceeded to take my info for me to get my package. They disappeared in the back for another ~10 minutes and appeared with my package. Again, they were SO pleasant I couldn't stay heated. I presented my ID and package secured! I chose to pickup my package here (I selected the location closest to me) because I wasn't sure I would be home for the delivery. ALSO...I ordered from a UK store and had to pay a tariff fee. I requested text/email notifications to follow my order and received one that said I needed to pay the fee before I could get my package within five days or it would be sent back. I paid online and it was easy breezy when I went to pick it up at the facility. They do not accept cash only electronic payment in the office. All in all, I mess with DHL, but don't expect an in and out experience when retrieving your package at the facility.
