Now they are planning to attempt to redeliver AGAIN Monday using a smaller truck. I never recieved a call, I've had to hire people 3 times to help unload only to have to tell them that the delivery wasn't coming. I called customer service and the "manager " Jessica Scott, and her associate Pi Saan both were completed incompetent and took zero accountability. Pi Saan actually told me that she didn't think i should be upset with her. Honestly, this is a reflection of poor management. It's obvious that UPS doesn't care because they have poor ratings across the board and no one is addressing any of it.
