He said in case they get bust he will have to help with the register. It was not busy at the time and there were 2 other men behind the counter. This was ridiculous. I ended up leaving without the balloons because I was in a rush and went to another staples. I asked a couple employees there about this so-called rule of waiting an hour if over $15 and they said they gave me never heard of that. So this review is location specific.
