Absolutely TERRIBLE! I had a delivery scheduled...I was at home the ENTIRE day. No one knocked at my door or rang the doorbell. The drivers are lazy as can be. They just say they tried to deliver and that's the end of it! So many people are in need of jobs yet the drivers they have are so lazy and useless and UPS keeps them.... Maybe they should take another look at their current employees and see if they're actually doing their job. read more

I order supplies through a vendor who uses UPS freight. The day the delivery was supposed to come i recieved a call telling me that the delivery was not coming and i would need to schedule the delivery for the next day. The next day, i call to get an estimate on delivery and was told that the driver wouldn't be able to deliver the items. (I've had tractor trailers deliver before) They told me that i could come and get 1600lbs palette off of the truck if i wanted to. Now they are planning to attempt to redeliver AGAIN Monday using a smaller truck. I never recieved a call, I've had to hire people 3 times to help unload only to have to tell them that the delivery wasn't coming. I called customer service and the "manager " Jessica Scott, and her associate Pi Saan both were completed incompetent and took zero accountability. Pi Saan actually told me that she didn't think i should be upset with her. Honestly, this is a reflection of poor management. It's obvious that UPS doesn't care because they have poor ratings across the board and no one is addressing any of it. read more

Words can't even. Start the local lady who you talk to about when your driver will arrive is a bold faced lying ass punk. I needed a package and she said she would personally deliver it because it wasn't put on the truck and we stayed here at work for an extra two hours and she never showed up and never called. Now they have switched my drivers in on the first day of every week I have some guy who doesn't know what the hell he's doing and will only deliver my overnight packages and nothing else, coming back hours and hours later to give me the rest when he could've given it all to me in the morning. Mind you he is the only person that does that every other driver gets me every package when they are here because you know it's called customer service something UPS has absolutely no clue about. I would like to complain about UPS delivery drivers who cannot seem to follow simple directions! I received an email saying that the driver could not understand what apartment I live in, but is clearly stated in their records. Now instead of getting my delivery today, I now have to wait until Monday because UPS is not up to modern times and will not deliver on weekends. read more

Absolutely horrendous and disorganized company. They received my shipment on 11/9. Since then here's my frustration. Scheduled for delivery on 11/22. It never comes. I call. It's "lost" no one attempted to call me to let me know it's not coming. 11/25 I get a call from Noelle in the lost packages dept. she's found it. It's right there behind the door and will come on 11/26. I call around 3pm. Oops they forgot to put it on the truck. But lucky me there's another driver heading out and he will drop the shipment to me.... aaaand no delivery. 11/27 (today) I call this morning asking about my shipment. Apparently the truck it got put on broke down and had to be towed in last night. Again no one called to let me know it wasn't coming last night OR to set it up to be delivered today. Now they aren't sure where it is AGAIN. They are conveniently closed until Monday. This is beyond unacceptable. read more

UPS Freight is HORRIBLE! The service is totally unreliable and complaints are completely ignored. They routinely damage our freight and RARELY meet expected delivery. This review has been prompted by yet ANOTHER screwed up delivery. Their "2 day average delivery time" from Memphis to Baltimore is currently up to FOUR days... and counting. Their pickup service is terrible as well. Many of our customers specify them do we have to use them but they are almost always late in arriving to pick up our shipments. We provide a window between 3:00-4:30 PM and they almost never make it in the specified window. In an effort to satisfy our customers we wind up having to pay employees overtime waiting for UPS freight - typically until after 5:30. In short, don't use them if you don't have to. read more

Worst customer service. Waited 8 hours for a delivery only to find out when i called them the next day they could not locate my shipment which is a 2000lb load of floor tile. Now 8 days later they still can't find it. The shipment only made one stop between pickup and delivery. As with another reviewer they never call to let yo know what is going on and when you call all you get is they are still looking for the order. i will avoid ever using UPS Freight again for a critical delivery. read more

Absolute worst shipping experience of my life. First they lost the item then they lost the payment and then somehow it magically "updated" in the computer. With all the administrative tasks cleared up, it still hasn't shipped. Now it's apparently the receiver's fault when the shipping paperwork is misplaced by UPS. Never ever using them again. If you call and Jessica answers just hang up. She's honestly the worst customer service person I have ever spoken with. No idea how she still works there. You will have the same amount of information as you would if you spoke to her and less attitude. Her colleagues also enjoy bashing the customer and not realizing that we can hear them because she never mites the phone. Whoever runs this location - you're losing customers everyday with the staff you have on site. read more

They truly don't care when you get your package. I've been waiting OVER A WEEK, after three "no shows," promises that it will arrive "today," and commitments that the driver will call to give me a delivery window. As another yelper reported, the driver once marked "attempted" and the truck was never here. TWICE my package was left on the truck and taken back to the facility. When I called the office and asked to speak to a manager, Terry told me he had quit. When I asked to speak to another manager, she said she could not promise he would call me back. When I got angry and said I insisted on speaking to a manager, she threatened to have the driver not deliver the package. She clearly made good on the threat -- status showed Out for Delivery, but then the driver took it back to the warehouse. I honestly don't know how UPS Corporate tolerates the horrible service at this location. read more

I cannot even give them a rating they are the worst company. It is the most hostile environment and the Regional women should be a prison warden (heard her on a conference call with a so called unprofessional terminal mgr with a bald head all loud and obnoxious thinking he was funny- (so I was told) walking around on a cell phone having a (so-called mandatory conference) as well as the Terminal Mgr and Snitching supervisors, out loudly talking about 2 certain employees making fun of them out loud. As far as me being a customer they made an appointment 3 different times and never showed up or even called me. When I called about my merchandise I was they would call me back and 4 hours later, still no call. I finally showed up there and everyone treated me rudely since I was there not during their pickup hours (2hours in the am and then again 3 hours in the evening) like I did something wrong cause I never got my freight. I could not believe all the yelling and carrying on in that place at each other. I will use never use them again. read more

Ups drivers think it's convenient to skip their stops and mark them "attempted". I do not have an issue with any other carrier and get shipments daily. Ups has caused 3 issues out of the last 5 deliveries. Ridiculous customer service. Good luck trying to reach them after watching one of their drivers slap a sticker on the door and run off before I could get to the storm door. Won't happen, don't try: use another service. read more

Horrible customer service. I was stood up 3 times as they did not deliver on the scheduled day. Then on 4th day they show uo early and try to charge me extra for not being there before the appt time. Crooks! Should not be in business. read more

TL:DR UPS Freight/Silver Trucking is a horrible company and has even worse customer service. We're active-duty military serving you and you can't even deliver a shipment that you agreed to. Since you can't deliver a shipment that you agreed to, we'll have to go to the terminal and pick it up ourselves. We're doing our job and yours because apparently you can't. UPS Freight received our shipment on Wednesday, called us and scheduled to deliver to us on Friday. I've read about how horrible UPS Freight is, we called Thursday and Friday to confirm our delivery. Friday afternoon we called again and was told, "Your shipment is at the nose of the truck." She couldn't locate what truck though. Then, she stated, "It's not on any truck, it's still in the terminal." So... The first line she gave us seemed like a blanket statement to get customers to stop asking questions and to keep waiting for their shipment. After complaining and trying to get transferred to a manger, it was given to a third-party company to deliver, Silver Trucking. We asked for their contact information and she couldn't provide it. So... UPS Freight just handed over our shipment to a third-party company and has no contact information for them. On top of that, the tracking of our shipment now stated, "Delivered." Was told repeatedly, "Your delivery window is between 12:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M., your package will be delivered today." Searched online for Silver Trucking to find their contact information and found a few numbers, called all of them and was never picked up. Waited... Waited... Waited... At 6:30 P.M. we called UPS Fright back and was told the same, "Your delivery window is between 12:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M., your package will be delivered today." Really? I'm talking to you on the phone and it's 6:30 P.M.! Now, I'm assuming we just wait until Monday and go through this whole process again. We used our Leave today, took today off of work, to stay home and receive our shipment but just became more and more frustrated with UPS Frights lack of competency and customer service. The equipment we ordered uses UPS Freight and we didn't have an option with how it shipped, with my review and others I'm going to try and have the originating company stop using UPS Freight and pass to the DoD to have blacklisting be a consideration for their poor business practices.
