The next day, i call to get an estimate on delivery and was told that the driver wouldn't be able to deliver the items. (I've had tractor trailers deliver before) They told me that i could come and get 1600lbs palette off of the truck if i wanted to. Now they are planning to attempt to redeliver AGAIN Monday using a smaller truck. I never recieved a call, I've had to hire people 3 times to help unload only to have to tell them that the delivery wasn't coming. I called customer service and the "manager " Jessica Scott, and her associate Pi Saan both were completed incompetent and took zero accountability. Pi Saan actually told me that she didn't think i should be upset with her. Honestly, this is a reflection of poor management. It's obvious that UPS doesn't care because they have poor ratings across the board and no one is addressing any of it.

When I hire a service via Yelp, I usually create a draft to remember the company for future…read morereference and to leave a review later. Often, these drafts don't become reviews because the service was simply average--nothing noteworthy beyond the fact that the job was completed. However, I'm glad I saved JFP Express in my drafts because their service was excellent. I contacted three different companies through Yelp, but ultimately chose JFP Express because they were the only ones who provided an all-inclusive price with no hidden fees--unlike the other companies. I find it frustrating when businesses try to extract as much as they can from customers through various pretexts and dishonest practices. JFP Express, however, was honest and transparent from the start. Jason was very courteous and communicative, arranging everything seamlessly. When the team arrived, they were respectful, personable, and professional. The piano, along with everything else, was handled with the utmost care and attention. Even my husband, who is usually very reserved, was impressed with the team, especially Darius, who was exceptionally pleasant. We will definitely be using their services again. Thank you, and best of luck to your team! *‿*

As a contractor, be prepared to be treated like an employee. You will be harassed like no other if…read morethey feel like you've missed something or made a mistake. The apology will never be as loud as the accusation once proven wrong. Rates might as well be written on a napkin because nothing is concrete. If your settlement is wrong, you will have to go through Congress to get it corrected (if they even correct it.) The rates for the routes will barely be enough to make any money after paying for gas, tolls, and the accelerated costs of vehicle maintenance. The technology used is antiquated. The only thing dispatch or "management" care about is whether you're late or not. Payroll is really ran by 1 person who is too preoccupied with their own route to be able to ensure the contracted driver's pay is correct. Turnover is very high. Proceed with caution.

Flash Delivery Service came through when others didn't!…read more This was the first time in years that I needed a same-day courier service. I'm just a residential account and not a business account. It was Saturday evening and I had called 5 other couriers services that had Saturday or 24-hr services earlier in the day. I got voice mail with all of them. All except one requested that I leave my business name and account and they would get back to me. I'm residential. None called me back. I did another search online and expanded the area. Flash popped up this time. Read their info. They serviced my area. Read the reviews. Everything looked good. So, I called them Saturday evening. Someone actually answered the phone! The guy, last name Stevens?, was pleasant/helpful. Told me if I filled out the form on the website, it would even provide the pricing before the purchase. The web site was straightforward and easy to use. Did not require me to be a business. Very reasonable pricing. I completed everything online and scheduled a Sunday morning pickup. Got email confirmations and the website provided the required shipping label. The gentleman who made the pickup was polite and helpful. I was sending flowers in a box and it had to remain upright. No problem. Got an email notification when it was delivered (you can elect to have email notifications on the web form). Wonderful service. Wonderful experience. To the other services that did not return my calls or had complicated web forms, you missed out on a customer! I will absolutely use Flash Delivery Service going forward.
