Flash Delivery Service came through when others didn't!…read more This was the first time in years that I needed a same-day courier service. I'm just a residential account and not a business account. It was Saturday evening and I had called 5 other couriers services that had Saturday or 24-hr services earlier in the day. I got voice mail with all of them. All except one requested that I leave my business name and account and they would get back to me. I'm residential. None called me back. I did another search online and expanded the area. Flash popped up this time. Read their info. They serviced my area. Read the reviews. Everything looked good. So, I called them Saturday evening. Someone actually answered the phone! The guy, last name Stevens?, was pleasant/helpful. Told me if I filled out the form on the website, it would even provide the pricing before the purchase. The web site was straightforward and easy to use. Did not require me to be a business. Very reasonable pricing. I completed everything online and scheduled a Sunday morning pickup. Got email confirmations and the website provided the required shipping label. The gentleman who made the pickup was polite and helpful. I was sending flowers in a box and it had to remain upright. No problem. Got an email notification when it was delivered (you can elect to have email notifications on the web form). Wonderful service. Wonderful experience. To the other services that did not return my calls or had complicated web forms, you missed out on a customer! I will absolutely use Flash Delivery Service going forward.

Not at all the case here, Max was awesome. I used his services to help move some furniture from my old apartment and into my new house. Not only was he prompt in arriving at each location, he exceeded my expectations on how long this whole thing would take. I carved out 3 hours of my day and he got everything done in under 2. His professionalism and courteous nature impressed me enough, that I used him again to pick up recently purchased furniture from a store and deliver it to my house while I was at work (I have keyless entry). I actually expected him to just leave the furniture in the appropriate room, but he went a step further by removing the packaging AND throwing it away, something that was totally unnecessary but TOTALLY thoughtful. I highly encourage everyone to use his services, you won't regret it. Thanks Max!

When I hire a service via Yelp, I usually create a draft to remember the company for future…read morereference and to leave a review later. Often, these drafts don't become reviews because the service was simply average--nothing noteworthy beyond the fact that the job was completed. However, I'm glad I saved JFP Express in my drafts because their service was excellent. I contacted three different companies through Yelp, but ultimately chose JFP Express because they were the only ones who provided an all-inclusive price with no hidden fees--unlike the other companies. I find it frustrating when businesses try to extract as much as they can from customers through various pretexts and dishonest practices. JFP Express, however, was honest and transparent from the start. Jason was very courteous and communicative, arranging everything seamlessly. When the team arrived, they were respectful, personable, and professional. The piano, along with everything else, was handled with the utmost care and attention. Even my husband, who is usually very reserved, was impressed with the team, especially Darius, who was exceptionally pleasant. We will definitely be using their services again. Thank you, and best of luck to your team! *‿*
