I'm giving this location 5 stars! I had to recently change my License over to MD along with taking my daughter to get her permit. The professionalism and efficiency was mind blowing. Honestly I've never been to a DMV this efficient. I received constant text reminding me my number in line how long the wait time was etc. I expected to be there Atleast half a day like back home but this was not the case. I highly recommend this location for that "express" experience.

Because its an express MVA office, it does not have many of the features as a typical MVA office. You cannot take your driver's test here and many other things. But because of the limited service there, it makes things really fast pace. I received my learner's permit from here, and there was very small wait time. Service was fast and efficient and took less than an hour for me to go in and out. .

Go to Info desk to your right to get your queue number, then proceed to wait awhile.

MVA offers fast and friendly service. I received my documents via the US mail in three days.

I had been purchasing books online through thrift retailers, but a friend suggested borrowing them from the library instead to save money. After browsing the library's website, I was pleasantly surprised to find a wide selection of newly released memoirs available. I'm now saving a significant amount, and the three-week borrowing period is generous--especially with the option to renew if there are no holds. The library itself is spacious, bright, and very welcoming. While I haven't fully explored it yet, it appears to have dedicated areas for children and teens. In addition to books, I noticed they offer DVDs and have far more computers than I remember from the library I used to visit in Montgomery County decades ago. The staff I interacted with while setting up my library account and locating newly released memoirs were both knowledgeable and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also appreciate the convenient exterior features, including a book drop located right out front and a parking lot with an awning that provides coverage for cars. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with what this library has to offer and the welcoming service I've received so far.

The MVA near me does not handle any transactions except driver's licenses on Saturday, so I went to Terry's Tag and Title in Columbia, which is open on Saturday. I am extremely happy that I decided to do so. The service there was great, and I was in and out of their small shop in 10 minutes. Another customer was there ahead of me, but she was waiting for another family member to arrive to sign some paperwork. The representative behind the desk kindly asked her if she could begin my transaction while she waited. Then she immediately began processing the paperwork (title, safety inspection, proof of insurance), and within a very short time I was holding the tags, the vehicle registration, and the registration stickers (for the tags). The representative there was even nice enough to place the registration stickers on the license plate. The title paperwork was entered and was mailed to me by the MVA several weeks later. I highly recommend Terry's Tag and Title. Several other places I found on the Internet claimed to be open on Saturday, but when I called they said that they were not. Also, a number of other places seem to be combined with insurance agencies, auto repair shops, etc. Terry's is a standalone business, and their storefront in Columbia seems to be in a nice area.

The sewer of the ghetto…read more Let me first highlight as to not mislead. I was here last week and the staff was great, there was a white heavy set guy with a limp, a black woman who reminded me of the principal on Abbott Elementary and a young girl that reminded me of the rapper.. lil mama. They were helpful & pleasant to the customers. They spoke with a respectful, pleasant customer service tone. Eye contact, smiling. Lovely... it was lovely. Ok now fast forward to this Saturday. There was a heavy set black woman with short hair and a Muslim woman. I left there thinking... this is Mawndawmin behavior but then again, it wasn't. They were worse than that. They both were loud & unpleasant. No smile, no eye contact. Harsh tones, Bullied the customers. Rude... just blatantly rude. To everyone. Any redirection (no, not help,,, redirection was done in a way to humiliate the customer). Their lack of civility to literally everyone was honestly atrocious. People just casually walking through the door to mail a package, not knowing they have entered a lion's den of buffoonery and are about to be their next victim to demean & embarrass loudly/publicly for no justified reason. This is very much their behavior as I observed them behave this way with at least unsuspecting 10 customers. One lady walked out saying loudly (yet sarcastically) this place has GREAT customer service. The heavier one tried to argue with me when I explained to her why people were still arriving after 4p. I had to tell her "you will NOT argue with me". She was so ignorant & defensive that she wouldn't even accept the explanation of why they were still arriving. I honestly wanted to scream shut up and put on your listening cap! In hospitality, when a worker can work but are uncouth or aesthetically not well received, they are placed in the back of the house so no one sees them & they work mostly solo. I'd suggest that would be the best option here for these two, The lobby was under stocked and many cubby holes missing envelopes & shippers. The only tape available is tape they don't want you to use. They use to offer a plain shopping tape. It's as if they take no pride in their chosen career or the state of the post office. Whomever is managing this location, needs to be reassessed because service of this low life level is unacceptable everywhere & to everyone. Sadly, this is the post office on my area. I pray that both of these women were replacements. Life is hard enough and the last thing anyone needs is to be abused by postal workers who are paid directly through the customers hard work.

Rude, unprofessional, agressive 'supervisor' (?)…read more Not the first time someone pretends to be a manager, so will leave some room for doubt if there is an actual one. Not like many of us need to use a postal office anymore, but if you think you do (as did I) avoid this one at all costs. Maybe it will ultimately run out of business, since no one seems to care. Not Anthony for sure. I would blame the full moon, but I'm convinced these are just characteristically miserable, rude people who happen to have the privilege of working at a USPS facility (yes, work is a privilege these days).

Could you deliver her glasses the next day, which is Saturday? The young lady at the desk said, yes, absolutely. So, I paid $35.90 for the next day service. Earlier today, Saturday, 9 May 2026, 10:30 am, I checked the tracking online; I saw "Scheduled for delivery, Saturday, May 2026 by 6:00 pm." It is now 6:23 pm. At the time of writing this review, It says the same thing. "Scheduled for delivery, Saturday, May 2026 by 6:00 pm." (See the screenshot below). My wife leaves Atlanta tomorrow for Elkridge, MD. She would be probably be back home here in Elkridge when the packed addressed to her is delivered. Right now, I'm so upset that I'm fit to be tied. Why, what was the point of USPS charging me $35.90 for a service? The purpose of the next day service is, defeated. The $35.90, down the drain? Who is going to pay for shipping back the glasses? Shouldn't the USPS, at the minimum refund my $35.90, plus pay for returning the package back to Elkridge, Maryland? Anyone have any idea what to do? Update as at Sunday, 10 May 2026 The package is "Processing at destination" (See. the second screenshot.) A package that was promised tobe delivered Saturday, 6:00 pm. It's so unreal. SamuelT
