    I don't understand why post offices' customer service ladies are so unfriendly and often rude. Do they hate their jobs so take it out on the customers who just need a package sent. - mail dropped or buy a book of stamps? Are they unionized to be just rude across the country? Everywhere I've lived, in different cities and states even. Wow... I just don't get it.

    If I could give a 0 stars Bad customer service and they were not friendly or speak clearly when you asked questions. They rescheduled me for my appointment for passports bc the agent had to leave early so we did came at the time they asked but she had a bad actitud bc the costumers before us were taking too long I suppose. She kept saying "God give patients" while walking away. Than when it was out turn she keep saying to her coworkers "I can't take this anymore"... I have no idea what I did, other than asked a few questions passport related. Then I had to come back 2 times bc she forgot to have me sign for my two minors. After a week I received a mail from the passport place saying that I need to write an statement bc I piercing on my face (micro dermals) saying that I do wear them regularly. Agent NEVER mentioned anything about that and she was the one taking my passport picture! Also my application wasn't signed since she was in such of rush to get out of work even though we had an appointment, time for closing was about 2hrs after my appointment. It was very unfair to us. I payed extra so we can make our trip in less than 3 months. I hope we didn't waste our money And they hire people in this location that actually wants to work!!!!

    i would give zero stars if i could. the service is always horrible. The workers clearly always have an attitude and don't want to be here. There is this long line and more than one person here yet they only have one person checking people out. absolutely ridiculous. I wish i never had to send anything out.

    For some reason this Post Office is slower than ANY other Post Office I've frequented. Sadly, they don't appear to care either. I realize the Postal Service is struggling financially since the advent of online bill pay, etc. But subjecting customers who are willing to keep it afloat by patronizing Postal Service, to unreasonably long lines and waits, is not the answer. I almost googled the closest FedEx and UPS locations for swifter alternatives. Their staffing issues at this location need some serious reassessing. But I digress, because I'm certain no Postal Service manager or HR rep is reading our Yelp reviews. Which would be indicative of Postal Service caring. Long story short; if you're forced to conduct business here be prepared to wait, endure long lines, and experience poor overall customer service. :-(

    Was here 9:30 AM with a few others; no one was there to help us for several minutes.  There wasn't even a "Hello, how may I help you?"

    Very slow post office, usually only one person at counter -- no self service kiosk either. Would let this place be a last resort if you can

    The sewer of the ghetto…read more Let me first highlight as to not mislead. I was here last week and the staff was great, there was a white heavy set guy with a limp, a black woman who reminded me of the principal on Abbott Elementary and a young girl that reminded me of the rapper.. lil mama. They were helpful & pleasant to the customers. They spoke with a respectful, pleasant customer service tone. Eye contact, smiling. Lovely... it was lovely. Ok now fast forward to this Saturday. There was a heavy set black woman with short hair and a Muslim woman. I left there thinking... this is Mawndawmin behavior but then again, it wasn't. They were worse than that. They both were loud & unpleasant. No smile, no eye contact. Harsh tones, Bullied the customers. Rude... just blatantly rude. To everyone. Any redirection (no, not help,,, redirection was done in a way to humiliate the customer). Their lack of civility to literally everyone was honestly atrocious. People just casually walking through the door to mail a package, not knowing they have entered a lion's den of buffoonery and are about to be their next victim to demean & embarrass loudly/publicly for no justified reason. This is very much their behavior as I observed them behave this way with at least unsuspecting 10 customers. One lady walked out saying loudly (yet sarcastically) this place has GREAT customer service. The heavier one tried to argue with me when I explained to her why people were still arriving after 4p. I had to tell her "you will NOT argue with me". She was so ignorant & defensive that she wouldn't even accept the explanation of why they were still arriving. I honestly wanted to scream shut up and put on your listening cap! In hospitality, when a worker can work but are uncouth or aesthetically not well received, they are placed in the back of the house so no one sees them & they work mostly solo. I'd suggest that would be the best option here for these two, The lobby was under stocked and many cubby holes missing envelopes & shippers. The only tape available is tape they don't want you to use. They use to offer a plain shopping tape. It's as if they take no pride in their chosen career or the state of the post office. Whomever is managing this location, needs to be reassessed because service of this low life level is unacceptable everywhere & to everyone. Sadly, this is the post office on my area. I pray that both of these women were replacements. Life is hard enough and the last thing anyone needs is to be abused by postal workers who are paid directly through the customers hard work.

Not like many of us need to use a postal office anymore, but if you think you do (as did I) avoid this one at all costs. Maybe it will ultimately run out of business, since no one seems to care. Not Anthony for sure. I would blame the full moon, but I'm convinced these are just characteristically miserable, rude people who happen to have the privilege of working at a USPS facility (yes, work is a privilege these days).

    I am a property owner and recently had a very frustrating experience with the Oak Hall Post Office…read morerelated to a mailbox lock change. After a long-term tenant moved out of my legal two-unit duplex, I went to this location, paid the required $40 fee, completed the form as instructed, and provided proof of ownership. I was clear that I did not know the mailbox number because I have never lived at the property, and I was told this was not a problem and that staff would identify the correct mailbox. Unfortunately, USPS changed the wrong mailbox, preventing a long-term tenant in the other unit from accessing mail. I returned the incorrect keys immediately the same day the error was discovered. Despite this being a USPS mistake, I made multiple weekly visits over several weeks and received conflicting information each time, including being told at one point that the locksmith had never even been notified. Most concerning, I was later told I would need to pay an additional $40 fee to correct an error that was not mine. During my most recent visit, I was also told--incorrectly--that the mailbox keys had already been given to the owner (I am the owner and had not received them), and the interaction escalated unnecessarily instead of being calmly resolved. As a result, two households were without mail for weeks, which is unacceptable, especially during the holiday season. This situation reflects serious breakdowns in communication, accountability, and customer service. I hope management reviews internal procedures so future customers are not put in a similar position.

Initially, his explanation was unclear, as I am accustomed to Amazon returns, which typically do not require packaging. Once I understood the difference, I informed him that I also had Amazon returns. At that point, he refused to assist me further and directed me to use the kiosk, stating that I was "being difficult". The employee was disrespectful throughout the interaction, refused to provide his name, and walked away when I attempted to take a photo. I also overheard him telling another customer that I was being difficult, despite the fact that he had refused to assist me. I have worked in customer service for many years and was surprised by this behavior. I have been a regular customer at this location for years and have never previously had an issue. This interaction was extremely disappointing and has unfortunately made me hesitant to return due to the actions of one employee.
