Never had a problem, and usually quick service…read more I've been to this location a few different times for a few different reasons to get passport pictures and get processed and to mail things along with getting stamps. From the 3 or 4 different experiences I have had I have found the line to go very quick and generally be a not very busy location so I am usually in-and-out within 2 minutes which I really appreciate that I don't typically find with other branches. For this reason is my go to place if I have a choice and the time for when they are open. I will say it is a very busy shared parking lot so you will absolutely have to do a little bit of walking.

I had a copy of a booklet I designed and wanted it copied and spiral bonded ASAP. Usually, it would have been "come back in about an hour or two." This wasn't my story. These guys saw how important this project was for me and understood that I needed it right away. They completed my project in record time, and I was able to arrive to my engagement on time. I would have paid extra for the service, but the value I received in their accommodating me was well worth the price. For all of my office needs, Parcel and Office Solutions, you can count on me to return again and again. Thank you for the exceptional customer service! Pam S.

Not all The UPS Store locations are equal. Yes, they may offer similar services, but for me,…read morecustomer service makes all the difference. Case in point: I recently visited another location to have new passport photos taken. I simply asked the manager if I could review the photo before it was printed. His response was, "It's a passport picture." Needless to say, I decided to go elsewhere. Today, I was pleasantly surprised to discover what I consider a hidden gem in Laurel -- The UPS Store off Route 198, located near the Navy Federal Credit Union kiosk and Shoppers. I've lived in this community for more than 20 years and somehow never realized it was there. What impressed me first wasn't even how I was treated -- it was watching how the employees treated other customers. I observed one employee patiently helping a customer with copying needs and another with a printing request. She was empathetic, supportive, professional, and knowledgeable, but what stood out most was that she genuinely cared about helping them accomplish what they needed. She wasn't simply completing transactions; she was taking ownership of the customer experience. Then I received that same level of attention myself. She gets it. Great customer service is about listening, caring, and making the customer feel that their business matters. If exceptional customer service is important to you, this The UPS Store location is my choice in Laurel, Maryland. I certainly plan to return.
