I had 5 eBay packages that were ready to go with postage complete; only needed to be scanned. You'd think the person working would be happier that this was going to be a short, easy transaction - nope still got attitude for no reason. I said I needed an email receipt and as I'm holding the electronic pen in my hand to select that option on the screen and type in the email address, she rushed through and just printed out a receipt for me. The only upside to this location is that it is small and not crowded and I didn't have to carry the packages down a long hallway like some post offices. However, I think I can see why people might avoid this one. Luckily I don't live in the area and will most likely never need to go here again.

I had made an appointment for a passport application and harry was very helpful in getting me…read morethrough the process, he was patient and kind. this was my first time applying so i was very nervous. he took my picture too, which pleasantly surprised me since i was told by multiple people i'd have to go to CVS to get my picture, so that was nice to get it out of the way. once i got home i had realized i "forgotten" my births certificate, in my panic i drove back to the office and told them i had left it. harry explained that was purposeful and i'd get it back with my passport, what a relief! he apologized that i had to return, but it's no biggie since i had classes at UMBC later. thank you again harry!
