Poor customer service. Posted Covid-19 signage with total number of bodies doesn't include the service person, and number posted in lobby and on signage different. Then customer service person literally barks at you. She mumbles the questions under her breath and wants a response. They could do so much better hiring. read more

I have a package that was mailed from Louisville, KY to Severn, Md on August 5th, 2020, It made it as far as the Linthicum, Md sorting facility where it has either been lost or stuck. Its now the 14th of August and its still not delivered. I paid extra to have it to the destination in 3 days and its been almost 2 weeks. The postal service is wanting pubic support and you cant even deliver a package three miles from the sorting facility to the destination. I have called all the numbers you list and all I get is recordings. From now on I use fed ex. I hope the usps goes broke. read more

Came home today and BAM! Mailbox cluster just open for anyone who wants in--rightful owner or not! Smh...This is the second time that I've personally reported this happening, but neighbors are telling me that it happens often. If there is a word beyond useless to describe the employees in this post office then that is what I could say about them. I know it would be tough to just even fake giving a crap about doing your job, but to just blatantly not give a damn and let it show to customers came across as infuriating and comical. The Severn Post Office isn't so bad, I've never had a problem at the actual Post Office, but the mail service out of this building is horrendous, we constantly get our neighbor's mail and vice versa, mail gets returned to sender all the time. We got other ppl's mail w our address on it, when I wrote "doesn't live here" the mail carrier put a hold on MY MAIL, I didn't get my mail for almost 4 months because the PO had me listed as not living in my own home.... I have had too many issues with this post office. Every since the snowstorm last Friday and Saturday no mail has been delivered to me. I live in a Townhome complex and they have made sure to clear mailboxes. Even after roads have been clear still.......no mail. I called to speak with them on Thursday expressing the importance of my mail and I was brushed off and told they are doing the best they can. This is completely ridiculous! read more

I know there was a huge snow storm last Friday and Saturday but for the most part, most of the mailboxes were cleared and ready for mail on Monday the 25th. As of 6:00 PM Saturday the the30th, there has not been one attempt to deliver mail to Wesley Woods!!! Totally unacceptable. There are plenty of mail trucks serving homes right outside of the neighborhood. I've been waiting on important docs since Wednesday. Total BS!! No Excuse!! read more

This post office is way better than the one in Glen Burnie! Never too crowded, the workers are super friendly, seem to love their jobs and know what they are talking about, and there is always parking! The mail delivery is terrible from this post office. I have been complaining for years about not getting my mail, and getting other peoples mail at other address in my neighbor hood.I have talked to at least 7 postmasters in the last 8 years. This last one that is there does not care at all. When I went in to talk to her about it she had a crappy attuitude so I told her I was going to call Barbar Mccolsky office, She didn't care. So I did they said they took care of it so the next time I got a neighbors mail in my box,because she had the same first name I took it up there when I asked to see the postmaster she came out and said "OH GOD". I have not received any of my bills for January , and it's Feb 2nd. I asked the guy who delivered the mail today if he was the new mailman he said no. The girl who does this stop quit and lots of different people have delivered the mail in January. I told him the problem and asked if he would look in the outgoing mail to see if someone stuck them in there. He said what time is it. I told him around 3:30, He said ok but I have to hurry cause I have to e done by 5. He was not taking any of the outgoing mail out of any of the boxes. This post office sucks read more
