I found it by mistake some years ago and now I make it my stop for everything that I need to mail of importance. It is out of my way, but it is worth the trip and here's why. There are two amazing people that work there most of the time . One is the Post Master, who is a lovely lady. She is very charming and helpful in all instances and extremely friendly, and the other is a man named Derek. He also has wonderful qualities which just make you feel secure and know that your packages will get to their destination. I have brought both of them multiple packages quite often to go out of the country , and now with the new EU rules it's quite a tedious process to fill out the correct forms and do the things to be certain that everything goes smoothly. The nicest thing is that if something does not go well they are on it immediately and I have found that unfortunately that is quite different than many other Post Office's . Several days ago I mailed a package to Germany and it is very important that it get there. I asked questions about a different way to send it by priority mail , and Derek had all of the answers. Even when I'm sure the questions are annoying both of these people make their customers feel special, and as if they are very important. In this day and age it's quite difficult to find that type of service anywhere. Thank you Derek for your professionalism and your kindness and your knowledge . It's really too bad that the post office can't clone you.

The post office said that there wasn't anything that could be done on their part because I did not catch it. Funny this is that I am sure in most other work sectors if an employee makes an error the business does right by the customer and fixes it. Apparently at the Post Office the employees can make mistakes, and it is the customer's responsibility to check over their work. Have never had an issue at any other Post Office but it was a $30 less learned. Here is your heads up to always check who your mail is being sent to.

It's nothing but wrong box, no key to the parcel locker, packages left unlocked in a parcel locker, etc. I get very busy at work sometimes and cannot pick up my mail every day. I use informed delivery to view if anything important is arriving. Usually it shows 1-2 mailpieces, so I don't stress too much about it. Went to pick it up this morning and received a notice inside saying that the residence was vacant and no more mail would be delivered. So. Done.

This is hands down the worst post office I've ever dealt with. Since moving to this area I've had…read morenothing but issues whenever I have to visit this location to pick up packages they don't even attempt to deliver. I can be home all day and they won't knock, just leave a pink slip and ditch. Don't bother trying to schedule redelivery either. They won't attempt it. Even if you schedule your redelivery within the five business days they'll hold your package, apparently, they actually mean four if one of those days is a Sunday -- when they are closed. They will return your mail to sender with zero update or notice to any tracking. Terrible service. They've also denied me my package when I've come in person to collect it and told me they'd be returning it to sender when the address label had my first initial on it, my correct last name, my correct address, and I came in person with the pink slip to pick it up and showed my ID proving all those facts. Does anyone else have these issues?? It feels almost like targeted harassment which is crazy.

Simple enough reason to visit but the young lady that took care of my request made it such a pleasure. She was upbeat, engaging (as was her counterpart-a young gentleman), informed me of the process and did it very quickly. The remarkable thing is that I wasn't there for their core service but I didn't know the difference because despite I was treated as an important customer. This is very hard to find in the world of retail today. The staff was engaging with other customers who knew them (clear their loyalty in the area is off the charts-no surprise!) As I was leaving, I noticed the sign on the door that said "this store is owned by someone in your community"-for sure that means something at this UPS store. Hats off! Can I give more than 5 stars?!
