If there is ever a line, it's moving quickly and the workers are patient and always professional. Last Christmas I witnessed a woman treat the clerk very disrespectfully, yet he remained friendly and calm. Today I saw the same clerk helping an elderly woman label and tape her packages. So kind and patient. Maybe I should tell readers to not go here! It's been my little secret for awhile. In and out has never been so satisfying!

I have probably been here about 10-15 times total, and always the same guy. Very patient, very clear with answers/options/solutions, knows what he's doing, and actually makes your day go smoother. I can't think of another post office that runs like that. Down-sides - It's a smaller location, so product selection is limited and sometimes there's a longer wait. The entrance/exit to the parking lot can be confusing.

These Men & Women work hard, but are very unappreciated. This is my home post office, and no I do not frequent this location, because I normally use the post office close to my place of employment, which is Elkridge. While there is no way I would want to trade places with these Employees, because I'm much too old, they do not get any respect. As I mentioned before, on a previous review, they are "Civil Service Employees", Not "Customer Service Employees". They get no bonuses, no praise or recognition from their Superiors or other similar types of incentives. Yes they do make a decent salary, & have excellent benefits, but that's about it. So let's all take a deep breath, and extend a little more consideration. Personally I think they're easy targets. We need to send some of these same complaints to those overpaid Politicians !
