LAKESHIA is one of the rudest, nastiest, individuals I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Unhelpful and unprofessional. USPS should honestly be ashamed of her. read more

Excellent customer service by Tasean. He greeted me with a razzle dazzle smile and positive attitude early this morning. He was efficient, friendly and respectful. It's nice to have some positivity at this location where it has been lacking in the past. I'm so glad they have employees like Tasean now. He was joyful and made my shopping and shipping experience much nicer. read more

We got to the PO shortly before closing time. Even after a full day, the clerk was very pleasant and heloful. She helped us get the right packing to ship our package at the best rate, since we were not in a hurry for it to get to its destinstion. read more

This place is as rotten on the inside as the customer service is on the outside when they deliver mail or God forbid you have a package delivered from them. This is how this place operates and its time that I finally call this usps location for what it is LOUSY !!! read more

Long line, only 1 station out of 4 staffed and now they want to raise the price of a stamp to $0.50. No retail business could survive this level of service quality. Maybe USPS is not too big to fail. read more

USPS - It's lonely working at the post office. - Post Offices Near Me - Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland

I came in to get my passport and Tiara was amazing! She was so helpful and friendly start to finish, and helped me to make sure I was going to have my passport in time for my trip! Will definitely use this post office in the future no question. read more

This is a busy post office, so I rarely go to the counter. I tend to use the single kiosk that dispenses stamps, postage, etc. They have a single counter and about 2-3 post office personnel waiting on customers. The employees are pleasant and helpful when I need to get postage for big mailings or postage that won't dispense from the kiosk. The area leading up to the counter is tiny and usually fills up with the crowd often times spilling out into the hallway. I wish they would change the lobby area to allow for a better flow for customers. The bonus is that there is plenty of parking, so you're not waiting for a spot. There is also bulk mail in the back, so you don't have to wait in line to drop off your mail. The postal employees who take care of bulk mail are very helpful, especially when you are dropping off bulk mail for the first time. This location also takes care of your passport needs, too. read more

I'm really disappointed to have to change my five star review of this location, but today a supervisor was so unbelievably rude to me that I have made the decision not to go here anymore. I asked if I could use one piece of packing tape to secure a package and they said no. That was fine, but the supervisor I spoke to immediately copped an attitude with me. Sincerely disappointed. read more

The people who work at this location are terrible! They are not helpful at all and are incredibly rude when you ask for help. I needed help with a passport application and instead of being helpful, they laughed behind my back. Another patron who was in the office when I left, came out to tell me that I should put an official complaint because as soon as I left, the three women behind the counter were laughing at me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION WITH A 10 FOOT POLE. read more

The counter clerk could not have been more polite and helpful to me and I saw her equally helpful to other customers. They were especially kind to the elderly customers, I noticed. The Postmaster was terrific in explaining the processing of the change of address. So nice to see great service and outstanding customer relations. Well done! read more

Omgoodness!! I give one employee a 5:5 for not quitting in the middle of her shift. During the busiest shipping week of the year, I arrived to a line out the first door, and the second leading outside the building. This poor lady was the ONLY window open for 20+ people in line. Her male counterpart gallantly offered to help; wait for it!!! ANYONE needing to buy stamps only!!! Omg surreal. The employees here are nice but I give an F+ to management for such poor staffing and dumping all of those unhappy people on one lady! Awful. read more

By far the worse post office in the area. Fortunately they have a self serve kiosk which you can use for most tasks, allowing you to bypass the 'employees' who are worthless. read more

The only saving grace for this location is the Automated Postal Service kiosk in the lobby. The employees are slow moving, surly and God forbid you ask them for anything other than to buy stamps or mail a package. However, both of those tasks I can do far faster myself at the APS.They act like they are counting down their days to retirement and don't you dare ask them to exert any more energy than minimally necessary. Customer Service is an unknown concept to them. Sad, really, because the Cockeysville Post Office (21030) up the road is exactly the opposite. read more

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I only had about a 3 minute wait, even though I went during the lunch hour. Susan helped me get a present off to my son in Singapore, and it was only $16. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

I'm in the area for a work trip so I'm staying at the Holiday Inn literally around the corner from this location. I ordered a few things on line I needed the shipment was said to arrive in two shipments . Fine. I got my first package no problem no hassle. However when the time came for the second half of my shipment I got a notification that the package was Undeliverable due to incorrect address... Okay? How did my first half come. Amazon let me know I could simply pick up the package from USPS since it's literally around the corner. I call to ask about my package and the worker decided to treat me like I'd never ordered online before . So I had to explain in great detail my situation and at the end of the call he saw it wasn't me at fault but the delivery guy maybe he was just too lazy that day to look for an address and marked it as undeliverable . Luckily I got my package but the customer service I received was horrible enough for me to come on Yelp and write this very lengthy review . read more

It's nice when you call a number and a actual human being answers, and that same human being is able to assist you right away with your issue! Especially Patrick!
