They're always open on time, have great stock of mailing supplies, professional, kind, super helpful and consistent. I swear I've been looking at the same smiling faces for many many years and they have a low turnover rate which speaks volumes. My mail carrier who I adore is from this location. She's amazing. She's so amazing, that it is safe to assume all of their carriers are just as amazing. She represents this location well. Although I know it's her job to deliver mail rain, snow, heatwave, etc, she does it w grace. Back to location... they always have the coolest stamps and I love it. Some of the carriers seem to be nice and efficient-some have even dropped delivered the mail at 6:30 or 6:45pm (kudos to them for working so late). Others are on their phones, and in some cases dropping "f-bomb. I have been on vacation 3 times this past year, filled the "hold mail" forms out and the mail still gets delivered. The first time I came home to wet packages and mail left on the front steps, the second 2 times, I've had my neighbors collect the mail. The next time I go on vacation, I am going to hand the form to the supervisor or postmaster, but I still am going to ask the neighbors to be on the lookout.

One of the very friendly staff members was right there to help me purchase a card and figure out how much to load based on what I needed to wash. She also helped me figure out the best machines for the amount of laundry I had. As I sit here, another staff member has been cleaning and wiping down machines. I was absolutely dreading coming to the laundromat this morning, but if I hadn't purchased a new washer and dryer yesterday, I would have totally been okay delaying my purchase for a couple weeks to bring my laundry here.
