However, once inside the frustration of the parking is removed by the most friendly brothers that run this place. The store is neatly organized and well manicured. I am almost in and out even when I have issues on my end with returns as they are so patient and helpful to get the return or mailings out. Their pricing and customer service sealed the deal in me choosing to move forward with them. Tara and the team were helpful and have a keen eye for small details. They brought to my attention that the logo on poster proofs would have been pixilated once printed. Our order was a bit complicated, since we were having multiple prints shipped to 20 locations. However, the team didn't bat an eye. Shipment was accurate and extremely fast -- from the time the proofs were approved to the moment the posters arrived at their respective destinations, all across the state.
