They were out mowing before 9am around the campgrounds which is crazy early alone when people are on vacation trying to relax. But to make matters worse, I was cooking breakfast for my family out on the grill and rather than coming back to mow the area later (clearly seeing I was cooking) they mowed right through our campsite splattering grass all over our food cooking on the open grill and then all over our picnic table and supplies I was using to cook with. This was just downright disrespectful and inconsiderate!!!! We spent $600 to stay here for 2 nights just to have a little family time and this was the result of our first morning. Food gone to waste and family left hungry. We found alternative food in the fridge and sat down to eat it at the only other table at our cabin which was inside the screened in deck, then some one came with a weed wacker right up against the side of the porch so we couldn't even enjoy a quiet relaxing meal. I understand you guys have a job to do but come on a little respect and common sense goes a long way. When i call to talk to the company no one answers, i left a message and no one calls back. Do better and have some respect for others!

My wife and I had a vinyl fence installed 15 years ago. We were happy with the installation and…read morethe fence has held up fairly well. Only complaint is that the double gate latching mechanism was not great on day 1 and has caused some cracking During a recent windstorm a tree fell on a section of our fencing. I called Abbey Fritz to get a model number for our original fence and a quote to replace the downed section. First call, Penny very rude and stated that "we have a lot of customers to help before you." She could not pull up our original order and model number which would have made sufficed. I said that I would wait. About a week later, technician called and repeated the statement that there was still a long list of customers ahead of me. A week later, a technician called and said he would be out soon. A week later, a technician called and said he would be out that day. Two weeks after the last call from Abbey Fritz, I have not heard from the company. I have called and spoke with Penny twice. She again repeated that they have a long list of customers to deal with. She also stated, "the next time a technician calls, be sure to get his name." So now, the company's poor customer service, horrible inter-communications and record keeping is being blamed on me. Recommendation: Stay away from Abbey Fritz Fencing. They have no customer loyalty and are too lazy to follow through with a request. I will make my repair myself and try to find a fence panel that comes close to matching...as I would not want to give this company another dime.

When Chris spray painted the outline of my asphalt driveway he quoted he sprayed right over an old tree root. Then mid-job said he needed $3000 more to dig up the tree root because if he paved over it would just collapse over time. Then when they were ready for paving, I found a section was still mushy so he charged another $1000 since he had to re-dig it up and bring more gravel in. The asphalt is starting to deteriorate in spots and worse, his concrete pour in my barn has cracked and shifted. Overall a pretty bad experience for me.
