Green Holly removed four large trees from our property and I am incredibly happy with their work…read more Michael (owner) was extremely easy to work with. It is wonderful having an arborist come to evaluate the health of your trees and explaining what work really is necessary. Michael and his crew showed up early for the job, were extremely professional and courteous, used top of the line equipment, conducted thorough/efficient work, and left the work site clean. While not the cheapest quote I received, their cost was still competitive. Given all the reasons above, the price was well worth the money. You frequently get what you pay for. I would use Green Holly again without hesitation and strongly recommend them. They are a class act.

They cut down the tree, ground the stump and roots, and added fresh dirt to the area. Michael even hand dug around a Comcast cable that was laid just a couple inches under ground to remove the roots around the cable. I HIGHLY recommend Green Holly to anyone and would DEFINITELY use them again.

My wife and I had a vinyl fence installed 15 years ago. We were happy with the installation and…read morethe fence has held up fairly well. Only complaint is that the double gate latching mechanism was not great on day 1 and has caused some cracking During a recent windstorm a tree fell on a section of our fencing. I called Abbey Fritz to get a model number for our original fence and a quote to replace the downed section. First call, Penny very rude and stated that "we have a lot of customers to help before you." She could not pull up our original order and model number which would have made sufficed. I said that I would wait. About a week later, technician called and repeated the statement that there was still a long list of customers ahead of me. A week later, a technician called and said he would be out soon. A week later, a technician called and said he would be out that day. Two weeks after the last call from Abbey Fritz, I have not heard from the company. I have called and spoke with Penny twice. She again repeated that they have a long list of customers to deal with. She also stated, "the next time a technician calls, be sure to get his name." So now, the company's poor customer service, horrible inter-communications and record keeping is being blamed on me. Recommendation: Stay away from Abbey Fritz Fencing. They have no customer loyalty and are too lazy to follow through with a request. I will make my repair myself and try to find a fence panel that comes close to matching...as I would not want to give this company another dime.

They didn't even do a final walk through in the end to make sure everything is installed correctly, but keep trying to increase the final payments. Even my building manager says she never seen somebody unprofessional like this. Don't be fooled by their slogan, they don't care about you or the quality of their work in the slightest.

Having recently moved into a new house, I had missing screens, screens with holes, and window with faulty sashes. I had G&SH deal with the missing screens and broken sashes. To spread out the cost, I will hold off on the screens with holes until later. I know I could have gone to a hardware store to have new screens made for slightly less, but the convenience of them coming to me and the confidence that they were responsible for the precise measurements more than compensated for the minimal price difference. When they came back to do the repairs and installations they were in and out in a short period of time, again professional. It was all around a great experience and everything was EASY for me.
