The salesman came out the very next Monday to take measurements and provide me with several options. The install was started on a Friday. Once the install was started I was very impressed that even though it took several days, they never missed a workday. Even when it rained part of the day, the installer worked the other half of the day. No wasted time. I had one minor detail that I wanted fixed (1 upside down spindle). Within an hour of calling the office with my request, the installer was out and made the fix. (Very professional, couldn't ask for better service).

This was our 2nd time using Creative Deck. This review is for customer awareness. We contacted the…read morecompany and discussed these matters with them before posting this. #1 - Although we are the property/homeowner, you do not have to be home during install. We are nervous homeowners. We took off work to be there. Unlike other construction we have used, Creative has only ONE crew that installs. That weight is on the ONE foreman who will have to take off work unexpectedly. No one showed. #2 - Calls the day of. We were called the morning of and asked "Can they come today?" We felt this "same day" scheduling was very erratic, compared to what we experienced with this company before. #3 - Customers - mark your wires and inform your adjuster. Your buried internet and automower wires are not marked by the Utility company. Inform your adjuster so he/she can help you get these marked. The 3-star rating was a 1-star. The company took time to speak with us about the issues, so we are showing some teamwork. Gary has been there for decades and knows his stuff. The management here - doesn't have time for conversation or empathy. They will throw the paper work back in at you, and you can see that response in their comments to reviews here. Sometime everything legal isn't moral/correct. We aren't sure we will use them again. It just seems sloppy and unorganized for our type of property ownership. I'm sure it would work great for other types of homeowners.

Kevin, our Salesperson came to the house and discussed our project (white vinyl railing around front porch and handrails on both sides of steps.) He understood exactly what we wanted done. We had a budget in mind and after meeting with Kevin went over our budget very little. Chris, Project Supervisor, was our next visitor. Chris reaffirmed measurements. Seven days later we met Christian and Hector our Installers. They were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, polite, and hard workers. After railings were completed they cleaned up, and even wiped down the railings. Even though we went a little over budget, we truly believe we got our moneys worth. Thanks again, Kevin, Chris, Christian and Hector?

Dalton came out to assess the property prior to installation and Tammy got back to me with an estimate right away. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering how hard it is to come by supplies in todays climate. 10/10 would recommend for any of your fence or deck needs.
