Pretty sure these people are just a scam. Took my deposit without telling me that they won't do any work if you don't have a parking space for them, but I live in the city! I mentioned during the consult we don't have parking and I was told it wasn't a problem, but when someone was supposed to come and measure the fence they first just didn't show up at all and the second time they apparently circled the block a few times, gave up, and left without anyone telling me they weren't coming. I wasted so much time waiting around for them. When I tried to get answers on when they would come back, no one could provide me with any information and just said that the measurements didn't matter and the installation could be completed without measurements, which obviously did not make me feel confident they would do a good job with the installation. I asked to speak with a manager, was put on hold forever, and then told no one was available. I'll be doing a charge back on my card for the deposit since they did not deliver on their end in the slightest and I will start the whole process of finding someone to replace my fence over again. I had been looking at Ergeon fences for about a year and a half to replace my old wooden, 6' privacy fence, with a vinyl fence for my yard. When the time was right, I made arrangements for installation. Their sale guy, Jose G., was absolutely fantastic. Last week, the supplies were delivered, and installation commenced. The crew were scheduled to arrive at 8:00am but arrived early; they immediately commenced to removing the old fence. By 9:00am, the entire fence was removed, and neatly placed onto their truck for disposal. Holes were deepened, measurements done, levels were being used everywhere, and the new fence was being installed. The crew was extremely organized, great leadership by the foreman, no one out of place, and all members diligently making an effort to fulfill the mission. By days end, around 5:00, the fence was completely installed. A job well done! I cannot forget to mention the Project Manager, Isabel, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the installation, and logistics of deliverables, cost, & installation team. I contacted Ergeon Fences to inquire about fencing in my backyard. My inquiry was assigned to Kelly, and at the time, I had no idea how lucky I was. Kelly was flexible in setting up a time to do a virtual walk through to see where I wanted the fence, put together two separate quotes (based on different materials), and sent the quote for my review in no time at all. The cost ended up being way over my budget, and when I expressed this concern, Kelly asked additional questions, tweaked a few items and materials, and was able to send me a new quote for a couple thousand less. Unfortunately, my budget was completely inadequate for this project, and when I mentioned to Kelly that I would need to step away and look at funding this project in the spring, she was completely understanding and offered to reach out in the spring when I had a better handle on my financial situation. I found Ergeon on Angi, they were one of the two contractor's to respond to my request. Once contacted by Ergeon, I felt a sense of familiarity. They were friendly, patient and professional. Which was very comforting for me because this is my first fence installation. They walked me thru every step of the way, up until the day of installation. On the day of installation, the installers arrived ahead of schedule, and finished with-in a reasonable time (3hrs). Even though it was only 40 ft of fencing, I was left feeling well pleased with the project and their work. Very impressive quoting process, they're super diligent and compliant of the law. They gave me a super quick and detailed quote that I really liked and wanted to move forward with but I did not have a survey of my property which they recommended me getting upfront to avoid issues with my neighbors. It was the best recommendation I could get because after hiring a surveyor there was a major issue with my property boundaries and my neighbor's fence is actually in my property. We need a new fence and saw Ergon online. I spoke with a specialist who shared screens and video called me to take a look at the area we want the fence built. She was very kind and professional. I am very excited to see how they will be when they come out to do the physical estimate and build our fence. One thing I would urge this company with is allocating a better finance company. Wisetack has very unreasonable APR and displeasing timeframes for their monthly payments. This is the only thing that kept us from getting our entire back yard done, instead we will be getting a small portion done. read more

Daniel V. our customer specialist was able, courteous and helpful. I was a complete neophyte to the software used in the intake and estimation process but in the space of a half hour it was set up. The software used allows a scan of the area in our backyard that needs a new fence. It runs on a smart phone (I Phone) in our case and it worked well. It took about 15 minutes of walking around the area that had suffered tree damage. Once scanned the estimate took about 10 minutes. If I could go back in time, I would've gone with another company. If you insist on going with them, add a couple of weeks to their promised timeline.
