I have been coming to this UPS for some time. The staff is quick and efficient. The store is very unorganized. Cluttered. However, there are different services offered if needed, like Notary, shredding, faxing, coping, lockers and 24hr mailboxes. This is separate from packaging items and delivery of such. It still a nice location if you can find parking. read more

I came to this location after getting the run around at the Timonium store. The store manager is nice, friendly, and is definitely customer service orientated. A refreshing change from the Timonium location. The Manager helped explain why my problem couldn't initially be resolved, but gave a solution. I returned after resolving the issue and was greeted with a smile. From now on I am taking ALL my shipping to this location! Thank you SO much! read more

best UPS store i've ever used for my business. seriously they treat you and your business like family here. i constantly get assisted by tyrese and julia, they are so welcoming and fast! i love that after a few drop ins they knew my box number and would have my packages and mail ready for me. the new employees are always trained very well and continue the warming environment the store has set as the standard. i love the new renovations. great notary services too. if you don't have something correct, they go the extra mile to assist you in properly gathering your materials. i'm glad i switched from red run. this is a way better experience. read more

They refused items that were packed in the packages they were received in and tried to make me and several others buy boxes. Amazon shipped my item in a clear bag, I brought the item to the store in the same bag with the label still affixed and they refused it. It seems as though the store is trying to get over and make people purchase boxes. I don't have this issue at my local UPS store. Don't utilize this establishment! read more

This location refused to accept my pre-paid return. They wanted me to buy a box from them. Stating the box I used wasn't acceptable. Ironic, since it's the exact box the manufacturer used to ship me the item in the first place. Your response is irrelevant and the basis of my complaint. This was not an Amazon return and the store did not ask any questions, they simply turned me away. I was trying to return an item to Sonos. Their instructions clearly stated to use the original packaging if possible for the return. I happened to have that original packaging and attempted to use it. Ask questions and understand what you're customers need next time. A different UPS store was perfectly happy to ship this for me and even though it's a longer drive, they've earned my business. read more

When the world seemed as if its being taken over by rude, uncaring, self involved people who could care less about any other than what time they are getting off, I found Julia. I received very poor customer service , I brought in paperwork I needed to get shipped, I was unaware that UPS could not ship to PO Boxes The employee doesn't know how to properly talk to customers , he talked down to me like I was a child. "PO Boxes can only be shipped by the POST OFFICE" I work in retail , not the shipping industry, sorry I didn't know, it's still not ok to belittle someone . The good folks at UPS store really helped me get my Son's Housewarming gift there on time and in one Piece!, thanks to Julia and all the Owings Mills UPS Staff for coming thru in a edge case scenario where the original shipment was lost or rerouted. The male employee with glasses & long ponytail is condescending towards customers I decided to give this store a second chance a few months after my second visit. Same male employee with the glasses & long ponytail attended to me. He was once again uncooperative. And what's worse is that his breath WREAKED of beer. Unfortunately, I've been to this location multiple times and each time there's a magical "fee" that I have to pay for. For example, most recently I was shipping my best friend a care package and meticulously packaged and properly taped the box. Then when I arrived, I was told I had to purchase a new box because the box I had didn't seem sturdy enough. Which is fine but then, he charged me an additional $13 for repackaging. Even though, I took the items out of the box and repackaged it myself. I will NOT be back. read more

Crowd parking lot but I come here a lot for my Amazon returns. The people in the store are pretty quick with service.

I had a work presentation that I was planning. We had to make an order of 200 place cards, brochures, and ancillary media materials. I have shipped items with this location before and knew that they offered printing services so I figured that I would give them a try. Needless to say, I was surprised by their level of expertise and help. The manager helped me get the perfect card stock and paper stock for the brochures and place cards (They had to special order it, but was willing to do so in order to get the materials to look perfect). Due to the changing needs of the presentation, we had to go back and make frequent changes to the design. John was very helpful and quick to adapt, making necessary changes on short notice. The level of service from the staff here, and their commitment to doing a job right has made me a dedicated customer, and I drive here from Baltimore. I went to this UPS location to get all my wedding invitations, table numbers, wedding signs, and place cards printed out here, and they turned out great! I would bring my laptop along with me in case I needed to do some last minute quick photoshop fixes and John, the manager, who was very patient with me, helped make suggestions, and then finished printing out my projects within an hour. When it came to my wedding invitations John was a perfectionist about cutting all the cards evenly, even when I didn't care too much about it, because seriously no one was going to notice the difference, but he wanted it to get it all done nicely. Anyhow, there are other closer locations I probably could have gone to get my print jobs done, but John was so helpful, I kept coming back to this location to get all my wedding projects done. read more

If you love yourself PLEASE do not go here to do any business, the owner has horrible customer service skills and my package didn't even arrive on time. I paid for a standard ship option and was over charged for it. My grandmother is 96 and I just wanted to send her something nice. But, upon speaking to the young lady, I found out I could get everything done there.. my day was starting out, not so good, BUT it ended on a HIGH note.
