    My mailbox bracket snapped when the post was hit by a truck during the snow storm. I researched and…read morefound a comparable bracket from Midatlantic Mailbox Inc. I ordered Premiere 3" St John Scroll Mailbox Bracket for $101.22 including shipping to my place. Once I replaced the broken bracket and attached the mailbox to the post, I went to place it into the hole that was prepared in the ground. When I placed the entire post/mailbox assembly into the ground, the stress of the placing the post into the ground snapped the bracket the same way the old one broke when the truck hit it. When I reached out to the company for a replacement, I was told that it was the installation error by not using the mailbox support/bracket and it wasn't designed to hold my mailbox that is heavier. Nothing in the descriptions of the product showed any limitations on weight and when you actually look at the design, you can see how flimsy the design is. Look at the photo and make your own conclusions. If this bracket doesn't even hold up to the installation of the post into the hole, this will not last. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product as well as this company. They don't stand behind their product and blames the customers if anything happens. Do not support this company. Avoid as they will not help you.

I called the next day to request confirmation and tracking info and was told that Brandon was unavailable. Lora answered the phone and immediately offered to look up my order and help get me the info I needed. She found my order right away, emailed the info to me and I was on my way. Again; extremely willing to assist. Professional. Knowledgeable. Thorough. Today I called to get the email address of the boss (you) and Lora and Brandon. I left a voice message initially. Marlene called me back promptly and gave me the info I requested after I explained my intention to write to you. Again; extremely willing to assist. Professional. Knowledgeable. Thorough. And kind enough to tell me a little more about your company. Certainly, if I ever need a mailbox or parts, or come across someone who does, I would highly recommend Mid-Atlantic.     I visited this location to print some documents (because who has a printer at home these days?)…read moreand had a pretty seamless experience. There were 3 workstations where you can access Microsoft Office, design software, the internet, etc. I was surprised that I needed to select a maximum amount when entering my credit card instead of the fees accumulating as the minutes passed. There is also no option to extend your time, which I found unusual and inconvenient. Other than that, I was greeted when I arrived and would not have hesitated to ask for help if I needed it.

Came to pick up the order but at first no one could find it under my name although I am listed on the receipt as the person picking up. Finally found the order only to find that at the super high rate of $70 per poster the order was not correct. When I asked for a discount of some sort ... "As a courtesy, " explained the team member "I will allow you to wait in the store instead of having you come back. It will only take about 30 minutes." Not actually courteous though. She continued to express that if I had ordered in the store I could have gotten a discount since the order was incorrect but because I ordered online there was nothing to be done. Not a care in the world for my inconvenience. I couldn't get the posters fast enough from my normal provider and so went to the location that guaranteed fast service and was five minutes away from my office. A five minute pop in caused me a 45 minute delay and I had to cancel a meeting because the posters were not ready after an email alerted me that my order was waiting for pick up. Not one single apology or empathetic gesture. Mistakes are expected and every one makes them. Poor service and response is unacceptable.
