I came in without labels and they let me print them there by emailing them the labels- It cost 5$ for the first page and 1$ for each additional page! I had an issue with my signal but as soon as I got the emails to them it was quick and I was out in minutes. They were nice and helpful and the establishment was clean and bright. read more

I went to this location to deliver out a package. I hadn't sealed the box because Verizon sent a box that said fedex but a UPS label. The teller said it would be five dollars for the box to be taped or I can buy a roll of tape(very small) for eight dollars. This store is nothing more than a ripoff at that point. If it wasn't for the fact that Verizon sent the lane for ups I would've left and went to the fedex store around the corner they let you use their tape for free. read more

Jose took good care of our needs when we came in to have two documents notarized. He was quick, knew what he was doing, and got us out the door quickly. I had to spend 40 minutes on a 5 minute Amazon return at this most unhelpful store - will never return to this one as my experience with ups across country had been positive until this point. Ups store gave me such a hard time and had to spend 40 minutes and $5 for tape I left for others. Firstly the assistants were miserable and insisted single code meant everything had to be in one box - then she insisted I had to retape myself so had to buy tape - then she said only one box can be returned so had to call Amazon who were super helpful and resolved at their expense. read more

arrived at the store only to find out it wasn't opened had to wait 15 minutes before the employee arrived to unlock the door... by that time there was a line down the sidewalk... the employee come up to unlock the door with an attitude not speaking to the customers and rushing them through the process. I was the first customer only needing to have a document notarized. She had me sign the document and then proceeded to wait on five other customers before completing my transaction. No wonder they've got two stars! Go to the one on York Road. This one has one rude counter guy, a ten person line out the door and won't allow pre paid return packages to be dropped off. So you wait in line for a label you've already printed to be manually scanned in. Somehow the franchise on York Road manages to allow it! They once called me when I left something there! The staff there are very friendly and helpful. I came in one day and needed to print out my documents to put inside my package I was returning. They helped me print the documents with no issue. They also help me tape the box and they were just super friendly and helpful. I always go this UPS because I know I'm gonna get outstanding service. read more

I found the Customer Service here excellent and highly recommend them for services rendered. The Friendly atmosphere was an added perk.

I had a rug sent to them to be delivered to me. I had called the UPS national office to make sure the rug was the proper size and wrapped to their standards for shipping. When the sender dropped it off, they called me and informed me that it was too large to ship. Apparently the wrapping made it larger than the limit. After some back and forth, the woman I talked to said she would make it fit. I don't know if they rewrapped it or bent it or crunched the ends or what, but they did get it within the limit so their truck could handle it. It did cost more to ship than the national office said it would by about $70, but it got to me in good condition, and they were accommodating enough to take my complaint seriously and resolve it in a satisfactory way. read more

UPS has always shown excellent service. The employees at the Pikesville branch are knowledgeable, quick and easily answer any question you might have. At busy times such as dealing with a long line of customers waiting outside and masked in the hot sun, they are as efficient and courteous as usual. They follow sensible "rules," to assure your safety and others. read more

I had a mailbox at this store for the past 5 years or so with average service. I rarely saw John (the manager/owner) since he was at other stores. My feedback is really about the management decisions, not about the day-to-day employees who are very helpful and nice. The first few years, I would receive notifications when a package arrived. Somewhere along the way, the notifications stopped and no one (including the local manager) could figure out how to get them resumed. I think my mail would periodically (monthly) get mixed up with someone else's mail because I never received some letters. For important items, I ended up using a different address that I knew would work. Several times, I had to have people re-send mail (the 2nd time always using a different address than the UPS store). I know I received other people's mail and returned it - which is why I figured mine went to someone else (but they didn't return it). Last August the store moved to a new location and we were told they would handle the forwarding of our mail to the new address for the next 6 months. I was told several times that they would hold my mail through February 2019. I was periodically stopping by to check on mail and found out that in December, John made the decision to have all the mail returned to sender. The US Post Office won't forward mail from a commercial entity and now I missed the holiday mail, without any notice. Needless to say, I am not pleased about this unexpected change. I would NOT recommend using this UPS store. I'm sure there are others that are better out there. read more

I have used this location before without incident...always with a pre-printed label to make a return. However, the one time I needed to get a package somewhere in a defined time period, things fell apart. Package was not shipped in a timely fashion and I would have been better off going to the post office just across the street. I understand things can go wrong, but customer service shouldn't be one of them. read more

We went here to ship a box to California. We packed this Video Projector, insured it. They received it 5 days later. We receive a call that it was dropped (or thrown). It i8s damaged. They told us it is covered. Expect a check within a week. 10 days later, no check. I call them. They changed their mind & will not pay.Why? Because they don't want to pay. I am fighting this but, who knows. Don't trust these thieves. read more

It's quite expensive compared to other shipping companies. 1$ for a piece of tape... lofl... They got the ship date wrong and when I called to correct the phone was off the hook. Called the corporate headquarters, they answered quickly and took care of the problem quickly calling the franchise owner, who immediately went to store location, put phone on the hook :) and called me to fix the problem. I went there to drop a mail,i requested a lady to please stick a tape on the mail box to close it. I was surprised at her answer, she can not do that until I pay $2 for sticking a small piece of tape. Worst customer service at this location. I was notified several weeks later that an overnight delivery had been returned because it did not contain a suite number. The Pikesville UPS has delivered many packages for me to this same location. ( I send a package monthly).
