Being the not so savvy techy person, I am sure I made it worse trying to "fix" it. The next morning I got up and called around for some type of "geek squad". As a senior on a fixed income I was getting quotes that were outrageous. After leaving a message on Yelp, Jerry returned my call and said he could help without me having to sell my first child for payment and could do a diagnostic that day. After a quick look see I left to do some errands and came back. Wala, ready for pick up , and fixed for under $100 bucks. Jerry, was very affordable, professional and informative.
