The employees seemed friendly, and it seemed like a nice placeto. After waiting for the new screen to arrive, installation was fast but the cost was well above the quote. When I brought it hom, I learned that the battery was completely unplugged, and had to return for the part to be fixe. I returned once more because it wasn't turning on- this was, according to them, a pre existing issue with the OS that they fixed for free. About a week after the screen was repaired, it stopped functioning. Black and unresponsive. They quoted me an additional fee to fix the screen they said they would fix. I'm being double charged for something that isn't my fault. Tomlin was slower, more expensive, and less able to fix my issues than the competitors I ignored because they were too expensive. Go elsewhere.

Being the not so savvy techy person, I am sure I made it worse trying to "fix" it. The next morning I got up and called around for some type of "geek squad". As a senior on a fixed income I was getting quotes that were outrageous. After leaving a message on Yelp, Jerry returned my call and said he could help without me having to sell my first child for payment and could do a diagnostic that day. After a quick look see I left to do some errands and came back. Wala, ready for pick up , and fixed for under $100 bucks. Jerry, was very affordable, professional and informative. I will defiantly save him for my go to guy and share his information to others.
