My computer came in with a broken screen and left with a screen that was broken in a different way…read more I came in with a laptop that had a shattered monitor, and was given a reasonable quote. The employees seemed friendly, and it seemed like a nice placeto. After waiting for the new screen to arrive, installation was fast but the cost was well above the quote. When I brought it hom, I learned that the battery was completely unplugged, and had to return for the part to be fixe. I returned once more because it wasn't turning on- this was, according to them, a pre existing issue with the OS that they fixed for free. About a week after the screen was repaired, it stopped functioning. Black and unresponsive. They quoted me an additional fee to fix the screen they said they would fix. I'm being double charged for something that isn't my fault. Tomlin was slower, more expensive, and less able to fix my issues than the competitors I ignored because they were too expensive.
