Tons of employees milling around doing absolutely nothing while this one cashier struggles badly to ring up and help both regular and Amazon customers. Taking time even for a return of many staples items that took forver for this one lady . Will NEVER do a Return there ever again. So lazy and so rude there too when I was the one waiting over20 minutes to scan ONE Amazon return. Unbelievable. read more

I purchased a cable to connect a monitor to a PC on the recommendation of the sales person. it was not the correct cable. I sent someone to exchange the cable for a refund. They gave him a Staples cash card. I went to the store to ask them to void the Staples cash card and refund the original credit card. The store manager said he cannot do this. I am disputing the charge with my bank. I do not understand why they cannot void the store card and refund me on my card which purchased the cable. Very disappointed read more

This Staples was horrible. I went in to get copies. One of the staff helped me to make my selection then walked away. Printed a few papers and stopped. Another staff person came over to fix the problem taking to another staff person the whole time. Then walked away. About 2 minutes later he looks at me and asks if it's working, I said no, he says it will takes time. It did finally work. The problem is it printing quality was horrible. I let it go. Next day I realized I needed to put map on other side. Go back to staple, not smart, asked if they could copy on other side A staff person said he didn't think so. I said can't you just put in copier draw and copy. We go over he had no idea how so I helped him out but had to pay for 1 test copy and it didn't seem to work. I just left, not worrying about the $0.70, went to another printer who copied the other side. Don't go there if you want good service and quality copies. read more

There are multiple stores in Westminister that have a larger selection of office supplies despite this supposedly being a office supply store. Prices are terrible, not only can you find cheaper prices online you can also find cheaper prices in nearby retailers. They don't even have a public restroom anymore. There's no reason to shop here and I honestly don't see how they are still in business. read more

WORST STAPLES PRINT SHOP I've EVER been to. Tara and another employee refused to help with with problems that staples.com business card uploader created. I am a professional designer and I could not prevent my images from being transformed out of the bleed and design space and they insisted that to shrink an image 2cm that it would take an INCREDIBLE amount of time. Mind you, I took a lot of time to fix this error and resized several times, saved as TARGA, PNG and JPEGS to solve the problem. The problem is obviously the uploader. This store REFUSED TO CORRECT an error that would take 1 minute because "they were too busy, they were short staffed etc." While I can be empathetic to their plight, this should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Furthermore, I called another Staples to get another perspective, they confirmed that this adjustment would take 2 minutes. To make matters WORSE Tara and Matt, the manager, told me they put my order on HOLD. THEY PUT 3 OTHER ORDERS IN FRONT OF MINE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DO 2 MINUTES OF ADDITIONAL WORK. THEN, they said they wanted to CHARGE ME a 5 dollar DESIGN FEE that the other Staples Center did for free when, again, THEIR WEBSITE DIDN'T WORK. UPDATE: I called staples headquarter print center. Kelly was super nice and fixed the issue for me free of charge in the computer and sent it to this store. She called Staples to make sure my order wasn't put at the bottom of the list. I had really good experience with Staples in Westminster recently which prompted this review. I came in to use the image center and have 25 copies made and bound. The staff member was helpful and efficient had them done while I was in the store. During that time I decided to look at the laptops as I recently retired and needed a new computer. Within a short order I selected my an HP laptop which was bundled with a printer. The tech Staff person was again very helpful and efficient. Overall I felt like I got a good deal and was in and out of the store in under an hour with a laptop printer and 25 bound copies of a proposal. As a business owner and a mom of 6 I have used Staples for years , both for my office as well as my school needs. I will no longer use them for either. My son dropped his I Phone off to have the screen repaired. Their technician place a screw in his battery, and the phone caught fire, destroying it. They tried to give him a locked refurbished phone which we had to return, then they offered him a check for an amount which was 200.00 less then what it would cost to replace it, even after he offer quotes from both Apple and T-Mobile. So for him to replace the exact same phone he would have to pay out of pocket for someone else's mistake. The customer service has been horrible, and disappointing to say the very least. read more

Fantastic Service Today!! Needed to ship UPS package but didn't have box. Was pressed for time. Saved by considerate / thoughtful associate. She went above and beyond. Don't have her name but will be back again soon. read more
