I have been back there 5 or 6 times to pick up mail of hers that was never forwarded. Last attempt was on April 30th when I was in town to close on the sale of her house. A very pleasant older man helped me at the window; even took my phone number and said he would take care of this situation. It is the end of May and her mail has still not been FORWARDED!! i wouldn't care but I am responsible for paying her bills. If I don't get them that is difficult to do. I am most especially concerned because she has a payment planw ith the IRS and I am not getting that correspondence either. Not sure what I have to do to fix this issue but I need some kind of help. I've been here a handful of times and helped by the same woman who always goes above and beyond for me. You can tell she genuinely enjoys assisting people with all of their postal needs. I couldn't get the posters fast enough from my normal provider and so went to the location that guaranteed fast service and was five minutes away from my office. A five minute pop in caused me a 45 minute delay and I had to cancel a meeting because the posters were not ready after an email alerted me that my order was waiting for pick up. Not one single apology or empathetic gesture. Mistakes are expected and every one makes them. Poor service and response is unacceptable.
