I've had SEVERAL PACKAGES LOST and these people don't care . You call the 1-800 number stay on the hold for hours and there's no solution. I've had too much of my mail delivered to the wrong address and my package thrown over the balconies because the mail carriers don't care . I'm here today fighting to find yet ANOTHER lost package and they are in the back of this place laughing. The manager I guess walked away from me because she didn't want to be bothered with my situation. I presented FACTS to her and she could not deal with it. Not my fault my mail was delivered to wrong address. Not to mention this place looks like an unsanitary dump. USPS is constantly increasing prices yet this place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 30 years. read more

As you immediately enter the Post Office you see all of their P.O. Boxes. This is a very small Post Office with a large amount of P.O. Boxes in comparison to the size. I have to admit I was frustrated with one of the clerks. We have a mail forward request but mail is still being delivered to the old address. Some of the mail received at the old address has the yellow forward address sticker on envelopes and some do not. Some mail started to arrive at the new address but a very limited amount. Regardless, all of the monthly bills and bank statements are being delivered to the old address. When I showed the clerk the problem, she just commented I have no idea. Even as I pursed, she continued with "no idea". She used the "to new of a change" reason but this has been going on for months, not weeks. Purchasing stamps, picking up or sending packages and renting P.O. Boxes goes fine. read more

I've had to go in twice and they have been nice and helpful each time. No over the top A+++ customer service but they look stressed as hell.

They are very helpful, answering customers questions. Very patient with obnoxious customers.

This post office is going down the drain quickly from losing mail and not following instructions on a card they are trying to fix it. However you do have to file a claim to get it fixed. This place use to be 5 stars.hope it turns around. File your complaints people despite the time you wait on the phone it's worth it because they have to call and address the problem with you. Also it documents the problems for them to investigate during there inspection. Just hold out on the phone your hour on speaker phone waiting will be worth it trust me. read more

Worst service ever. After a month of moving and having g to speak to different clerks of this office to get my mail key, (mrs Kennedy has so much to do that couldn't get to my box on a timely manner) ... a month people!!!! This place is a joke. Customer service is nonexistent. If your dealing with any possible identity thefts than good luck. This location literally places your mail in the criminals hands. Oh and they think identity theft is funny they'll literally laugh in your face. Will be filing a complaint after complaint until something is resolved. To begin with MY long time Mail Carrier is not part of this complaint, the ''Fill In'' personnel however are, I suppose thinking it isn't their route so who cares.. Damaged Mail Box 3 times already never reported but the one time I followed the individual who damaged it with the broken glass he left behind from the mirror that hit the box, he looked at me in a dumbfound way and obviously lied and said he didn't know he did it.. Never reported it, figured maybe someone's living, livelihood etc is at stake so not important enough to make an issue of with the Post Office however people who receive mail at his zip code should know. Next is delivery, untrue reasons for no delivery such as obstacles to the mail box when there is absolutely zero obstructions and I'm out on the porch waiting for the package being tracked and the truck goes right by with the 4 way flashers on without delivering my package supposedly "Out for Delivery'' according to the tracking I've been following for 12 days now on a lawn mower part coming from New Jersey, 1500 miles away. So you call the local post office and a pick up and hang up to a long ringing phone call I made and then on the national level I'll assume is the 1 800 number called and a maze of Hurdles and button pressing and yes and no answers I get to the recording telling me I'll have an almost 2 hour wait until a representative can speak to me and that is just an estimate.. Needless to say with all of the talk about the post office losing 68 Billion dollars to this date and no profit made in a half century or more I doubt I'll miss the place since it is nothing like it used to be even as short as 10 years ago around here. I'd advise using another source for packages and going to electronic messages for things that are now Paper Mailed and I haven't touched upon wrong mail to and from neighbors here which does happen now and then but what I consider routine since it is not every day and most neighbors are honest and so far so good in that area. Some things that happened at the distant end with the Post Office: Lost a "Nok Hockey'' board'' as well as other items, that via Fulshear Texas Post Office and the board is approximately 5 feet by 3 feet in an even larger box and Ridgewood/Glendale NY claims to have delivered an also tracked package with the recipient on the distant end home waiting for it the day it was delivered and it wasn't but of course the paper trail claims it was left with the intended recipient. I go around the Post Office any way possible and I am disappointed when my deliveries get involved with so called ''Smart Post'' which only puts a clog in things time wise when delivery is concerned or loses the items to what I suspect is pure THEFT! read more

Can't even call to check where a late package is. Last time tracking was updated online was in the middle of the night two nights ago and I can't even call to see if I can pick it up from the post office because it just gives a busy time when you call and choose to speak to a person. read more

This is a very old mail facility. They get the job done but the place could use some repairs. The driveway and roads outside are torn up and cracked much like the rest of this town is. I usually only go by here to use the drop box. read more
