I am writing to express concern over an interaction I had with your associate, Paige. While I understand customer service styles vary, what I experienced was not simply a difference in style -- it was disingenuous and unprofessional. Paige's behavior gave the impression of a scripted act rather than genuine customer service. She repeatedly used exaggerated small talk and ended interactions with a rehearsed line, "Remember, you matter." However, this routine was inconsistent and selectively applied. I watched her switch this performance on and off instantly, depending on the customer. During my transaction, she barely paid attention to me or the details of my return. Instead, she chose to focus her conversation on the customer behind me. That alone is unacceptable. However, what makes it worse is that the selective "persona" she presented to others was completely absent in our interaction -- and I could not help but notice that this same inconsistency applied to other customers who, like me, were Black. Whether intentional or not, this behavior comes across as dismissive and discriminatory. If Paige intends to play the role of the overly motivated representative, she should at least apply it to everyone equally; after all, "remember, we matter." To do otherwise is both insulting and damaging to the customer experience. I expect this concern to be taken seriously, as I would hate to see other customers treated with the same disregard. I don't think she works at this location anymore, but your former employee, Chloe, was terrific, and I always felt welcomed and valued while dealing with her. She didn't put on this fake persona; she was just genuine, straight to the point, honest, and efficient. I felt so lucky when I found this establishment. I actually needed brochures and business cards for a new business I was starting up. I called several places in the katy/ Houston area for information and price etc. However, these are the people who worked with me ... offered me terrific ideas ( which I greatly needed)! Had to return a bunch of equipment from my former cable provider. Through a contractual relationship with my provider, the UPS store makes it SO fast & easy! Just take in the equipment, let them scan & enter the codes for each and they take care of all packing and shipping! Always like the fact that they are consistently friendly there as well, even when very busy. read more

Awesome service. Super friendly location and willing to help you out. I went in to have business cards made and they did a quick turn around in a couple hours for me.
