This location is almost always packed with people dropping off packages and Amazon returns. During weekend or peak times (around holidays, for example) the line wraps around the inside of the small store and sometimes spills out into the sidewalk. There are always at least two or three workers directly assisting customers and a few more packaging boxes off to the side and in the back. They seem to be working hard each time we go in and they always seem to be busy, so I try to be as patient as possible when coming in. I don't think they can control the Amazon return requirements so it doesn't make sense to get mad at them for those rules. I am not sure how much boxes and tape costs there, but they do provide it the service there you need it. The parking in this area isn't the best because it's so crowded all of the time in this complex- and the construction on the roads doesn't help. read more

The line was wrapped around the store and only one register being used for customers. Red headed clerk was very rude when asked why there was only one register being used with so many people waiting. She said if I don't like it, I can go to another location. This is no way to treat customers. The staffing and equipment should be at the maximum during the Christmas time hours! I waited well over 30 minutes when they finally had someone come around with a handheld register. They need to put a location in the Fulshear area! read more

I shipped several packages yesterday at this location. The customer service was excellent. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.

Went into the store today to return some Amazon packages and I was all over the place and didn't have my labels ready.. Hannah and Itee were amazing and helped me through the process with a smile on their face. I'm very satisfied with my visit today will definitely be coming back!!! read more

The people who work here are not friendly. I do a lot of business here. Well, i go to Fedex store instead.

They process orders very quickly and efficiently. The only downside is a lack of parking places, especially around the holidays.

Service is slow. Always understaffed and inconsistent with packaging requirements and what Amazon states is required! Go to another UPS location!!!! read more

Everyone that works here is great. Jerry has a great attitude. One guy with dreads and glasses was very standoffish.. he didn't speak, he just ignores us without greeting us. I appreciate stepping into a store and at least being acknowledged, but I felt like he was irritated to be at work. read more

Poor customer service and unethical business practices! We wanted to drop off 12 pre-labeled boxes and they refused our services stating that our boxes are bigger than normal items. They selectively only want you to drop off smaller items for the same commission. They took 8 of our boxes but refused the other 4 (same size). We had to go home after all the hard work of loading it up! read more

Terrible service. Staff seem inexperienced in prioritizing customers who walk it. Chaos and will avoid the store in the future. Picking up a package took way too long Update: Juzer I did come to pick up a package. There was line and we were all in it waiting patiently included some in front of me. There was no honor system. The staff started to serve people who walked in AFTER me. They did that at least 3 times with people behind me. People who came in AFTER me walked out in 30 seconds or so, each. I ended up waiting for about 7-10 mins and at this point praying no one else walks in because I knew how that was going to turn out. I wasn't asking to be treated with special treatment, just courtesy with the order in which customers walked in. When I asked why that was happening no one could answer. Nice effort in trying to defend the matter. Maybe stick around the store and try to manage and run it rather than jumping on negative reviews which can be avoided. read more

I called the store to check on Notary services and was told they have Notary services M-F from 8am to 6pm. There was no way to talk to a two person when calling this store by calling the number listed. Upon arriving at the store, we waited in a line that stretched outside. When we got to the counter, the individual behind the counter told us Notary service was not available because their stamp pad was out of ink. Do you think they could have posted a sign on the door stating Notary services were not available? Wasted time for us. Got the Notary services done elsewhere. read more

Fast service. Easy place to do drop off for Amazon, etc. They have large printer available for blueprints.

I really like this store. It doesn't matter if you are dropping off an item that they are charging you for or it's prepaid, the staff is friendly and helpful. Each staff member gives you options on how to send your package, will help you with packing or let you know how you can save money. The staff seems to genuinely enjoy their job. Indeed John was helpful when I went to the store last Sep.11th. Unfortunately my huge package of 33 lbs vanished !!! Never left the store according to the tracking number. Beware !!!! Your package can be stolen and you'll never know for sure. I do not recommend this store. The manager won't even bother to discuss the matter with me . read more
