Time between dropping off my package and realizing I had dropped it and come back was less than 15 minutes. Unfortunately all the cash I had in my wallet was missing - $350. The only answer I got was that it was found in the parking lot but to me why would the driver have returned my wallet and stolen the money (or anyone else in the parking lot), it would've been more logical to have just taken the whole wallet and no one would've known (the wallet is worth more than the cash that was taken). No way of truly knowing who stole the cash in my wallet but it just doesn't sit right with me and I no longer feel comfortable coming here.

I then went to Fed Ex at the Walmart in Richmond and it was, indeed $52.00 to send this letter via Fed Ex overnight! Folks, do not do business with this Pak Mail location as it is a total rip off tryingto double charge you for Fed Ex shipping! This is a grim reminder of the fraud that has been ocurring in Minnesota for over 10 years. Do not allow these interloppers to scru you over! Find a location that is honest an reputable. You're required to pay for tape, use a specific box, and follow rules that other UPS Stores don't enforce. I tried to return a package using the same box it was originally delivered in, and they still refused to accept it. No clear explanation, just constant pushback and upselling. This does not feel like a standard UPS Store at all. It feels more like a family-run franchise making up their own rules rather than following UPS return policies. If they deny your return, go to another UPS Store. I did, and the other location accepted the exact same box without any issue. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and avoid this location.
