I've been coming to this place since they opened. I believe it was around 2003-2005. The customer…read moreservice is amazing. I've dropped off plenty of packages at other stores to know that most of them do not accept drop off and if they, bring your own supplies. I was taping my box and the guy saw me struggling with the packing tape, he immediately came and let me borrow scissors. Not many post office businesses do this. I highly recommend. Their customer service is top A.

I chose this location as it is close to home and I needed a PO box for my side business. I…read moreexplained to them that I would be receiving packages and mailing using the address, which they were fine with and I gladly paid an annual rate of $300 for a large box since I would be getting packages. I mostly ship using my own discounted shipping labels and needed a place to be able to send and receive without having to drive to the post office. I even used their services to mail a package (with a 50% upcharge) because I want to support their business. Recently I went in to drop off several packages and the owner refused to take any USPS packages from me, he stated he only takes FedEx and UPS; rather than argue with him over it since he had a customer I left and drove to the post office that was 20 minutes away (mind you this is on my lunch hour). I called him later and he explained it is a liability issue for him since the USPS does not scan packages and if something gets lost it is his responsibility or a Customer will at least blame him for the loss and ask him to compensate them for their loss; understandable response. My problem is that at no time did they say they would not accept USPS packages when I signed up for the PO Box (the $300 fees are non-refundable). So I have a PO Box for the next year which is almost useless to me since I cannot mail out from that location. If you choose to rent a PO Box here be aware that they do no accept packages from literally the largest carrier of packages in the United States but they will gladly charge you an inflated price to mail USPS if you buy from them, seems fair right? When I spoke to the owners they seemed like very nice people but with these type of business practices I would go elsewhere.

It is conveniently located on Bellford and South Gessner near Beltway. Shop operator is down to earth friendly and efficient. I think he is the owner. I'm surprised with so many services they offer here. Besides the usual shipping service by USPS, UPS and FedEx, faxing, copying, scanning and printing, they also do ePinting. Just email your file to wbpostalcenter@gmail.com. I came here to return a merchandise but I changed my mind because it costs more than half of product price. I decided to keep it. Mailbox rental rates is lower than others. Monthly is $20 with 3 months minimum and $35 start up fee. People who came here to pick up mails seem to be longtime customers. I drove down from South Gessner seem to be wrong route. I was grumbling the whole way. On the way back to Chinatown, I took Bellford to Beltway. The area seems to be more civilized. I saw Philippines American Community Center, Houston Community College Brays Oak Campus, Emmanuel Church, Raindrop Turkish House and many other worship halls.

Last week I sent my wife to this particular location due to being local for us, I have been there myself and didn't have a problem at all. Unfortunately it did not go the same way for my wife, she received a terrible service with the owner/worker being rude and suggesting to keep the item as he was only going to charge her more to send back to Amazon. Not only that he requested to translate the address as he couldn't verify but was so demanding on it. I understand there is always a fee to send back but to be so rude and telling the customer to just wear it instead of sending it back is unacceptable. If you are having a bad day close the store instead of spreading your anger.
